Victor was out here within hours of me calling about my problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem(a coil was preventing my heat from switching to cooling), and did some regular maintenance(coil cleaning etc.) as well. After the part was ordered, he came back 3 days later and installed the new part in less than an hour, and AC has worked perfectly since then. Everything was priced very reasonably and service was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Carlo and his team are the absolute best! It’s hard to find good and honest people these days but they are just that! It’s not just the owner either it’s his entire team! They have maintained all 3 of our systems for years including servicing and repairing/replacing my parents as well! The team is very courteous and prompt as well as super polite! They do top notch work but don’t charge an arm and a leg! I have never ever felt taken advantage of or like they charged to much! They are good honest people who tell you the truth!!! Locally owned and operated! I know several people in the hvac world but these are the only people I truly trust!

I thought this was a great company to deal with. I was told the day of installation ANY problems in the future they would return well that was not the case. My unit has completely went out and I called to ask if they could come out to service my unit. I was told the wouldn’t be able to get out due to storm. Then I was told I was too far out, then I was told it was Covid. So many excuses and I kindly told them why would you take on the job and it was Covid when the unit was installed. Now the weather is changing and no one wants to touch a unit another company has installed. I thought I could recommend this company but most definitely not if you all will not come back to service.

In 2017, as part of a renovation project, my contractor hired C&J for the HVAC upgrade. There was one minor installation error that was easily and promptly fixed. Otherwise, the system has worked perfectly. I continue to use C&J for routine preventive maintenance of the system. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Could not be happier with the service I get from Carlo and team. I have used them several times and highly recommend them. They will not up sell or lie to you. They will shoot straight and give you options that work for you. They do quality work for a fair and reasonable rate.

We were set to have Carlo Garay, who owns C & J Heating, install our heat pump. The night before, my husband emailed just to double check with him that he had pulled the permit for it. Carlo freaked out, accused us of "questioning his integrity" and despite multiple apologetic emails and phone calls from us for whatever we did to offend him, backed out the morning he was supposed to install it. I literally called and begged him to install it since it is cold out, we are eight months pregnant, and family is coming for the holidays, but no response. When I spoke to his office manager, she told me Carlo had our heat pump but was out on another job (the same morning he had scheduled to be with us). I guess just one heat pump for expectant parents in our little house wasn't worth as much as whatever else he had also scheduled for that morning. Extremely unprofessional behavior and also pretty sad from a basic human decency perspective too.

They were quick and very responsive when our unit died in the middle of a heat wave. They quickly assessed and provided me with a few options. They were easy to talk to and professional.
