Warren Hay installed my HVAC and I have an annual service contract. The folks are always pleasant and on time. Kevin came today and rehung/repaired two downed ducts, including one I had not noticed. Very grateful and happy to recommend their team.

The office called back and had me scheduled in less that 24 hours. They are located an hour's drive away from me and the technician arrived on time. This technician was totally professional, communicated well, positive attitude, cheerful, thorough, time efficient, cleaned up after everything, communicated with the office for updates and had parts on the truck for the quick end of my unit's problems. In today's times it is RARE to find a business run like they should be. VERY IMPRESSED with Warren-Hay!
