Highly recommend Warren-Hay Mechanical. From start to finish they made sure I was informed and expectations were clear. Interactions with Buster Taylor in sales were understandable and reasonable. Once we agreed upon terms I was handed over to Ed Gates who organized and scheduled the work. Ed made sure that everything happened on time and accurately. Taylor, Adam, and Aaron showed up right on time. They were incredibly polite and courteous, and worked with diligence and professionalism. Great experience from start to finish. Would hire them again.

I interviewed 3 HVAC companies to replace my 20 year old systems (One upstairs, one first floor). Buster gave me comprehensive quotes with options and explained the benefit of one over the other, but also assuring me that even the least expensive was very high quality. No pressure, answered all questions and the install was terrific! They arrived on time, worked all day and cleaned up well. Not only was the price paid the best, the service I got was GREAT. My project is just beginning, and I must say I am WOW’ d already. I am having a new A/C, furnace, duct work, and thermostats installed. The equipment and Warren-Hay Mechanical team arrived promptly ahead of our appointed time of 8:30a.m.. After a quick tour of my home with the project lead, they promptly began to work. After partially removing the old duct work (no debris left in my yard), the project lead informed me for an additional cost I could zone my system. Many years ago Warren-Hay helped me with a problem with one of the first variable speed, communicating systems in the area. When I was getting estimates for a new system I saw their name and decided to get a quote from them. They (Buster) had the best quote on one of Trane's most expensive systems and I ended up going with them. Couldn't be happier with their company and employees. The install was complicated and they had 5 guys here on the install day at 8:30AM and left at 7PM after cleaning up everything. The next day I had low air in one of my tires and a small sheet metal screw was pulled from my tire. I contacted Christie in their office and received a credit for the tire repair. Shortly after the install I realized that two condensate lines were emptying out by my foundation and asked them ( Ed) to come out and solve my issue. Not only were they out the next day they fixed my relatively small problem for "no charge!" Warren-Hay and their entire staff has been tremendous!
