I am on an annual contract. Richard came out on a reg maintenance visit. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. The larger group is professional, friendly, and competitively priced.

Daniel was great and made my day. He found the problem right away (bad capacitor) and replaced the part. I am feeling cool again. Please hire folks like him!

We have been waiting for weeks for our AC to be repaired. This is among the worst customer service experience I have received in a long time. We were told our first appointment would occur on a Monday (2 weeks ago). The team did not arrive. We spent 3-4 hours of our personal time following up. They finally arrived on Friday. Then, they promised to order the part we needed on Friday. When we called back on Monday, spending more of our own time, they admitted the part was not ordered on Friday. We’re now another week later (2 weeks without AC), and we have continued to have to spend our hours to follow up multiple times daily to receive updates and keep their logistics and installation schedule on track. As a contractor myself I bill by the hour. Warren-Hay owes me a significant discount, given them 8+ hours myself and my partner has put into follow up and management with them. My advise would be to never get involved.

I have 210 HBW, so I don't get to pick my contractor. I went through a 2 1/2 month horrendous experience to where the previous contractor was fired. Warren Hayes was contracted to me and came out the next day extremely early in the morning outside normal business hours. They immediately went through the process and ordered the part and are coming out the same week to fix my A/C. I highly recommend them for their honesty and great service they have provided me. Very top notch business!

I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one because I was so impressed by the generosity of this company. Our air conditioner stopped working and needs to be replaced, but they are not able to install it until next month (mid July). It is very hot here in NC, so this was disappointing to hear. I should point out that the delay is not their fault, but is due to the general conditions impacting all contractors in the current environment. At any rate, they were concerned about our well-being, so they offered to bring out a window unit until the main unit could be installed. We have casement windows, though, so this will not work for us. Not to be deterred, they then went to Home Depot to purchase a stand alone unit that can work with our windows and just a few minutes ago installed it. We did not ask for this, and were surprised when Mike called to offer this earlier today. This company was referred to us by another general contractor friend of ours, who gives them high marks, and now we can see why. We strongly recommend this company.
