Tobacco Road Heating & Air

Received recommendations from multiple people in my neighborhood to use Tobacco Road and I’m so glad I did! He was so nice and answered all of my silly questions before I even booked a service. He had good availability and I was able to schedule quickly. Price was very reasonable and even told me about another issue he saw that did not fall under his scope (an issue with my water heater). I am a lifelong customer!

10 out of 5 stars!! Jonathan did an amazing job of troubleshooting what was wrong with our complex HVAC system. He fixed the issue of closed dampers and some fan settings. He is honest , straight forward and great value!!! I will not hesitate to call him in the future and refer him to everyone!!!! Do not waste your time with these big companies who do half done jobs and charge an arm and a leg...give Tobacco Road a try. You will be happy you did!!

I discovered a problem with the unit after 7 pm, called and left a message, and had a callback before 8 pm and appointment for 9:30 the next day. Two capacitors were changed out and routine servicing and filter changes were done and then Jonathan picked up the replacement fan and returned to install the fan, finishing around 5 pm. Great responsiveness, very polite and professional!

Jonathan was on time and extremely helpful. He did not try to add on additional charges and was very fair. I will continue to use this company as long as I live here. They’re truly wonderful.

Got text messages to let me know they were on the way ahead of showing up so I could be ready. Needed one (non-critical) part replaced that wasn't in stock and got it replaced 2 working days later over the holidays period, and other little things that were taken care of right away. They took the time to explain to me what was going on and could ask questions where I needed to. Now on a yearly maintenance plan for on-going service.

Called on two separate occasions and got no response both times. Left voicemails both times and included my name, number and a brief message as to why I was calling, still didn't get a call back. I'll be using a different business moving forward.

Jonathan is a professional, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable HVAC technician. He has repaired our system multiple times, and even identified and corrected mistakes that the original installers made. He always gives us multiple options when it comes to repairs, and explains the pros and cons of each. Highly recommended!

Jonathan was the only person to answer the phone after a heat emergency on a Christmas Eve and he squeezed us into a full schedule. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!
