Spectacular service, thoughtful and responsive. They take the time to listen and do things right, with the expertise to repair and even find warranties (when other companies wanted us to purchase a new unit). So thankful we found them.

Of the vast number of home repair services I’ve used over the years, I can say without a doubt that my experience with A&E far exceeds experiences with others. The technicians were always punctual, courtesy, professional to a T, knowledgeable and they took pride in the quality of their appliances and work! I don’t like overly chatty service people but one of the technicians who helped to replace and install a new furnace in a very tricky location commented to me that he remembered serving my 35 year old furnace and he assured me and explained to me in non technical terms that he was going to do excellent work. The installations were a 1-2 day project. After the first day one technician didn’t leave for home until after 6 pm and he returned the next morning at 8a sharp! I am so impressed with A&E and I give my highest commendation to them!👏👏👏

Great recomendations for a new HVAC Traine unit with good options I pick the best one and didn't regret. Over a year later while I put home for sale inspertor discover a tidedown not put back (overseen) when unit installed and A & E accepted and pay for the apporpriate repair promtly. I will highly recomend A & E Heating & Air Conditioning for thier profesionalism and responsiness.

I am a retired Design-Build General Contractor and when I bought a large personal home with 4 heating/cooling systems I had A&E replace all 4 systems including ductwork on 2 systems and they did a fantastic job and just as important have always responded quickly when I needed service.

A&E is an fantastic A/C company. I have used them many years and will use only this company. I use the company also for maintenace of the A/C system at my rental house. The tecnicians are so professinal and excellent. The comany has reasonable rates for maintenance contracts. I highly reccomend A/E, if yiu need repair or maintenance

I honestly HATE that I am having to write this review because I know that working is hard for everyone, but it is very frustrating when a company causes a problem and doesn't make it right. We had a technician come out to our house for an AC "check-up" in June. The technician was said to have flushed the lines (which he did not). About 2 weeks later, we had water leaking through the ceiling of my daughter's room. We contacted A&E who had a manager and technician(?) come out in a few days. We were told that they would fix the ceiling by replacing drywall and repainting the entire ceiling (as it was the fault of the technician they originally sent). It took the the contractor approx 3 weeks to do the potential drywall replacement/patchwork. We had him scheduled at least 3 specific times and did not even call (or show up). He also said at one point that he had arrived to our house at the right time. He was clearly was noted on our cameras an hour later than the scheduled time. Finally, like I said above, he finally arrived and said the ceiling did not need new drywall and said, "hopefully, they'll have the guy out to paint soon, and he should paint the entire ceiling." After the patchwork was finished, my husband attempted to call (& text) the A&E owner WITHOUT response. Does everyone note the date that I am posting this? My husband finally called today and requested a refund because we have yet to hear from the owner (or see a painter). I am attaching pictures showing the massive water stain on her ceiling which was not their prior to the "service". The paint job was from a previous leak (before we began having our AC service) which was repaired by my husband. Shame on you A&E. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

We were having our bi-yearly HVAC inspection. We told the inspector that there was insulation being blown up though the registers. He went under the house and saw that there were multple areas where some criters had entered the crawl space through access points. They came out, took out the old ducts, installed new ones and around the house sealing up any possible entry points. They put down mulitple mouse traps to rid the area of exisiting mice. We have used A&E pumbing since 2016 when we moved to the area.

A&E installed a new HVAC unit and ductwork in my home, adapting rapidly to challenges presented by unique features of the house. Outstanding, five-star service.
