Fast to get out to troubleshoot got unit running and order parts came out with parts and been working great

A short wait, then our service worker took a tour of the house. He referred to a list of error codes, then reprogrammed the thermostats for a dual zone setup. He ended up changing some filters, which we appreciated. System back on line and working within a little over an hour. Would call them again, although we're hoping we won't have to. ;-)

Tim was great as always. We are totally confident our system will always be ready when we are.

Our tech was very efficient, telling me everything and came back in the rain to install the blower motor, done as quickly as possible!!!!

The technician was on time and knowledgeable in making the needed repairs. He cleaned the work area after the work was done. He was the third company I worked with and he was the first one to get it right. I will continue to use A & E HVAC for future calls.

We had a complete HVAC Heat Pump system removed and replaced by A&E. This was after a few repair attempts that did work, but a replacement was still needed. The entire process went extremely well and all involved were very professional.

Wow! That was amazing service. I’m a first time customer and am very impressed with this company. It started with friendly people on the phone then excellent communication about the repairman’s eta. A&E bumped me to the head of the line and had a repairman out to my house the same day. A very respectful young man named Garrett arrived exactly on time. He wore a face mask and booties in the house which was appreciated. He methodically diagnosed my issue with the a/c and explained it to me in layman’s terms. Then he fixed it! The price was surprisingly reasonable. It doesn’t get any better than this. I strongly recommend this company.
