One unexperienced technician was dispatched to diagnose my non-operational heat pump. He struggled in and out,but can not identify any fix. He left with me without a/c and recommended a leak search through my line set for the price of $600 in order to make sure whether there is any leakage there without promising if he will find anything. Will never use this company again.
