The technicians Abe and Jamie for Eanes Heating & A/C are an extremely good team. Abe was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Abe told me exactly what was causing our problems and how it was fixed. I can't say enough good things about them. I want Abe and Jamie to do all my future services.

My service tech this time was Evan. Evan was able to find and fix the issue and he also took time to help me connect the system to my cell phone. Eanes has always sent very competent people to work on my heating and air conditioning systems.
We called Friday afternoon about an issue with our heating system. They scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning.
The technician, Billie, arrived on time and was very professional. He explained to us the process for his visit, shared with us his diagnosis and the recommended fix, and performed the service immediately. He was also able to replace our filter which was overdue.
We were previous customers of Eanes, and this was a great reminder why.
Tech tried to charge me more for the service call “because it was raining and I had to wait in the van for it to let up” Then was told a “diagnostic on the system” would be approx $7k but he would rather replace…was supposed to email me a quote and I never heard back from him.
Jonathan, Aaron, and Oscar showed up early and worked hard to replace my heating and air unit quickly and efficiently. Everything done within the day and explained everything well. Great service to the whole team from initial review of the old system, the sales team and the installation and inspection.
Replaced my HVAC inside in 2019, and previously the outside unit. The original system was from 2001. I had quotes from three businesses. Eanes products and services have been reasonably priced and up to code. At this point, I utilize routine maintenance to keep the equipment efficient and in good condition. I appreciate their expertise and customer service.
It's been 3 months and my AC stopped working about 6 times already. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WANT THIS AC UNIT TAKEN OUT!!
AC went out AGAIN and I have just about had enough. I'm reporting to the BBB and NC consumer. There must be a way to get a lawyer involved at this point.
Update its been an entire year and I still been having issues with this company. Be aware!
