Abe and James were on time and repaired our system in a very professional manner. They were responsive to our questions and gave us helpful information on maintaining our system. We had an excellent experience. They helped us with an ongoing problem that others had struggled to repair correctly and we are grateful. We will call again.

After being longstanding customers and recomedations from their techs, We purchased a new heating & air system from Eanes and after installation and paying almost 17k for they system, it went down in less than 4 days and took 24 hours to get tech to our home. It went down because instal was not done correctly with the drainage. We were without air and our scrubber system for 24 hours. It has been a nightmare to get a supervisor call back...I have been hung up on, lied to and given the pure run around...un-excusesable!!

After finally getting a tech here to look at the system and correct the issue (he said) it went down again in 2 days for the same issue, requiring another tech to be called out to fix the same issue.
We have been told so many different excuses, stories and right out lies and NO ONE can say the same thing...and good luck speaking with or getting hold of "customer relations manager" you leave messages, customer service says they email that person and you NOTHING...just get swept under the carpet...smh!!

Had a great service experience with our tech from Eanes. He was on time, helpful, respectful of our home and friendly. I wish everyone in a service business was as professional as Jamie.

Evan did a fantastic job identifying and addressing the issue with our system. He quickly fixed the problem and patiently handled all of our questions. His professionalism and knowledge was quite evident. With technicians like Evan, I would be happy to do business with Eanes any time. I highly recommend this company for its quality and customer service.

He took the time to explain the services he provided. We discussed future things to watch for and consider. I will continue to use this company as long as Matthew is our tech. Good job in a world where it appears no one is concerned with providing a quality service.

We received emails about appointment and when technician Mark was on the way with his picture. Mark did a great job for air conditioning maintenance and good explaining what needed to be done and pictures of the problem.

Eanes replaced my entire HVAC system that was 31 years old. The technicians were knowledgable, efficient and professional. Great installation experience from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend.

Mark Young did an excellent job performing the A/C system maintenance. He gave me great advice on what he would recommend to improve the life of our system. I would highly recommend Mark and Eanes Heating and Air to all my friends.

My furnace had been installed but needed an extra attachment. Anthony and Wilson arrived on time and finished the installation in just a few hours. They gave excellent instructions on how to use the new system. I am really happy I chose the Eanes team for the installation.

Eanes installed a gas pack. They also installed a new circuit breaker for the new gas pack as well as 4 co2 detectors. All new lines, cables were installed. Outstanding service, professionalism by the whole team. Would highly recommend them!
