Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning

Michael Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning told my wife the condenser contactor need replacing. This is a $20.00 part wanted to charge $720.00, I guess he thought my wife would say ok. She called me, I checked the contactor no voltage or resistance loss across the contactor. I advise everyone to not use Eanes anymore.

Jeffrey, Adam and Benjimen did a great job working on two HVAC systems we were getting replaced in our house. They worked in the heat of the day with the attic being over 100 degrees and worked during thunderstorms and heavy rains. They never complained, answered all of our questions, and had positive attitudes. They were respectful of our property and were awesome.

Our tech, Josh, was on time, friendly and efficient. He took his time maintaining our unit and then walked us through everything he had done. We’re very pleased with Eanes and their service.

CJ and crew were the best of the best! They installed a new Lennox gas furnace, and AC unit in our home, troubleshooting when necessary, and they went out of their way to communicate and keep us in the loop. I could not recommend Eanes or the installation crew any higher!

My HVAC unit stopped working on a Sunday afternoon and I called Eanes for help. The technician, Wayne, arrived within the hour. He was very friendly and professional and had the unit up and running quickly. The pricing was fair, especially for a weekend call.

Service technician came promptly and realized that we had a cracked chamber in our ten year old unit. Spencer met us at six pm and quoted us different options and we upgraded the unit to meet our needs. Josh,Lee,and Jonathan came and installed the new unit and performed a very professional job with explanations and they were very courteous. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff!

David and Jonathan were great. They arrived on time, David explained exactly what they would be doing, how their process would proceed and started work quickly. Eanes seams very responsible about their work, which makes the relatively higher than normal price worth it in replacing our 20 yrs old broken HVAC.
The first technician Cody came and made a thorough estimation and prior check, recommended honestly the best solution.
Then the salesman Josh, quite pleasant to talk with and neat in his work.
The sales directer Jeremy and the customer service Sharron were also super nice when dealing with our urgent scheduling.
After that the main crew of Mike, oh my, the weather that day was indeed dreadful. But thanks to his fantastic work, we don't have to stay in that dreadfulness for any longer!
And yesterday we had Yunier coming to get the vulnerable pipes painted and protected.
We're most probably expecting another fix for the updated covering board for extra protection on the side though.

We basically work from home so the several revisits were totally fine but if you have to make time for the appointments, be aware of that in advance. But I guess that's how things are done in the HVAC world.

Tech support very professional. Took time to do a thorough job. Company is really polite and Curtis. They come when they say they will and on time. I have used them 3 years now and will continue to do so. Very happy.
