Blaze Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric

We had Blaze do a complete re-pipe of our house. We called another company and they would not even call me back. Blaze plumbing replaced both the in-bound galvanized pipe and outbound cast iron which was totally plugged up. They came in on time and on budget and gave us same as cash financing for a year. Our plumber team of Kenny, Issac and Garrett were just over the top with kindness, patience and professionalism. They put themselves to work quickly and stayed at it all day and then cleaned up completely every evening. My wife and I are over the moon with the work they did. They re-piped our house with 3 and 1/2 baths, washer connection, kitchen sink and ice maker line. There were no leaks and there were no issues at all. We were given a great deal and all our expectations were not only met but exceeded. You should use this company for all your plumbing needs. As part of the project we ended up needing an electrician and Blaze arranged that and got me help the very next day and wired four 120 v outlets and connected my new appliances. Javier was a great electrician.

Joshua and Cole did a great job. They installed ceiling fans and lights in my condo where there were no ceiling boxes. Because I have a ground floor condo, there was no access to an attic to run wires. They had to cut the sheetrock. They ran into a few problems along the way with the way the ceiling joists were run, but they were able to get everything installed. I still have to repair the sheetrock, but I knew that I would have that to do myself. Joshua made sure to keep the cuts to a minimum and put everything back in a way that would make it easier to fix. And shout out to Joshua's wife who went into labor while he was at my house working. She must be some kind of wonderful because she told him to go ahead and finish up before he came home! She is much more understanding than I was with my first baby! Everything works great and I am very pleased with the work done. I will definitely call Blaze again if I need more electrical work done.

On the morning of the 7/4/23 we had an outage in our breaker box. I called Blaze because they were the 1st to appear on Google, I calling and a very nice lady answered the phone and said an Electrician could come by within a couple hours and to my surprise he arrived an hour after my call. His name was Chris Schaffer, he was courteous and knew what he was doing. He immediately started and repaired my fuse box and had us up and running in less than an hour, also for good measure he checked out our power outlets. We cannot recommend Blaze enough for any of your AC/ Plumbing/Electrical needs.

Blaze continues to impress. Slight problem with something I had done previously and they took care of it quickly. Parker the technician was extremely nice and professional, on time, gave me advanced notice of arrival and walked through each step of the repair. He was great! I’m very happy I signed a service contract with Blaze. It’s made my life a lot easier.

Will done an excellent job and took the time to explain what needed to be replaced. Since my unit was old he recommended that it be replaced soon. Which I had done today. Quan, Reed, and Nick came out this morning and replaced it. Everyone I have spoken with Blaze has been polite and friendly.

I was very pleased with the courteous and quick response of Blaze. They scheduled a consultation for the next day and offered a fair price for service. The technicians were respectful to me and my property. They were efficient and pleasant. I also liked that I received ample notice of when to expect them at my door and calls with updates on arrival. I would definitely recommend them.

This is our second time having Matt at our house. He’s not quite family, but the dogs didn’t bark. As it is a national holiday today we are extremely thankful he took the time to come out. He walked us through multiple processes that would eliminate our issue; prices, work time, etc. He 100% guided us in the correct direction and helped us find what WE wanted. If I had four hands, I would give him four thumbs up. The value he has brought to us and our home is really priceless. Thanks Matt.

Amazingly outstanding service. Our ac started blowing warm air. We called and Rene showed up a couple hours later. Thankfully it was a small part. He had it on hand. Installed it and we were chilled again. Highly recommend Blaze for the quality and rapid response!!

They came out for an emergency for my home and worked after hours to help get our meter, breaker box installed. All before the Fourth of July holiday. They were the blessing for my family to help us out. And I greatly appreciate all of the hard work that they did. I know who we will be using when we need for any electrical issues. We had work done on our electrical panel and meter due to storm, it caused our power to serge, and could have caught our house on fire. Our Technician Javier was wonderful, he explained everything so we would understand. He even followed up to make sure we didn't have any additional issues, after repairs were completed. He showed genuine concern for our well-being. The work was done timely and he even stay to explained to Duke power tech what was needed to be done on their end. We haven't had any other problems. Because of his customer service, professionalism, and his work ethic we would definitely use Blaze again.
