Please save yourself time and money and have them take care of you heating and air. I'm getting ready to have some plumbing done, I have no doubt, about it I'm calling Blaze Air!

Brice Robertson and Jack Brown did a thorough analysis and testing to get my new HVAC back in sync among floor level operations. The system was seriously out of whack! They did a good job of explaining the issues to me and the difficulties with the ducts/dampers and related air flow between floors. They identified changes that need to be made and are following up with the duct crew to come out to make adjustments for me. In the meantime, they have my system in much better shape and are intent on getting it ideal for me soon...I really appreciate their careful analysis of my situation!
I hope they will continue to do all my maintenance!

They had someone come out to give me an estimate on installing and outlet on my patio. Very professional and nice to deal with. Also did an inspection on my panel to make sure things were in good working order.

Can not speak highly enough about the the service we received from Blaze Air. 1st off the whole scheduling process was super easy and they had a technician out the very next day. Dwight our tech was fantastic. He called right when they said he would and showed up right on time. Went over my issue and he set me at ease and let me know this was something he could take care with no problem. 15 mins later Dwight had everything in order and the price was fantastic. This is great company with great people and I like them so much I signed for the service plan which is a steal of a deal. Thank you Blaze Air and Dwight for being awesome.

Ben showed up within an hour after my call. He worked efficiently and thoroughly and was out the door within 30 minute’s with the problem resolved. Blaze Air’s response and service was very much appreciated especially given the hot outdoor temperatures!

They were adequate. They were courteous enough, and cleaned my outdoor condenser, however I feel that for the $250/yr maintenence plan I'm on, they could have at least cleaned my evaporator coil and installed a new set of filters. They made notes of it on the invoice, but didn't actually do anything about it. Still, it's worth it to get the discount on labor if something goes wrong I suppose.
