I had a hard wired smoke detector that was going bad and it was time to change them out anyway, so they came in, tested the wiring for each to make sure everything was ok, and replaced my detectors. Very courteous, professional, and prompt. Highly recommend!!

From the initial appointment to the final day of installing my system it went flawless. Communication was awesome and I am in love with my new system. I was told that the 18 SEER modulating system I went with would make my comfort level extremely good compared to my old system and they didn’t disappoint. EVERYONE HAS BEEN AMAZING. I already had a service contract for my HVAC so when I had a stopped up sink, I called. The operator was very helpful, gave me some dates to work with and I scheduled the appointment easily. I like that they send the name and picture of your technician. I had Dwight and he was great. Evaluated the problem, gave me a couple estimates to work with, did the job, and gave me some tips to keep the drain flowing in the future. Very professional, cleaned up everything properly and not a long visit at all.

Nailed it. I grew up as the daughter of an HVAC business owner and Blaze has it absolutely perfected. From the sweet little girl who called me back within minutes to the most clean cut, polite, articulate, informative, friendly and clearly educated young man who came to our home, Blaze impressed us beyond measure yesterday. They were truly concerned that we didn't have a/c in the home. Same-day appointment with a text message and a photo of the technician when he was en route. Booties, clean equipment, high-quality fleet vehicle. 100% above-board and in business since 1979. Solid pricing. There is no way I would go anywhere else now. We have been very pleased with service and even purchased a membership with Blaze. They contacted us to schedule a complimentary maintenance tune up. Upon confirming the appointment I clarified it was free of charge and they agreed. When the technician finished he asked for payment of over $200. There was discussion/arguing back and forth by him stating we had to pay. He then called management to confirm we didn’t have to pay. It was just a frustrating experience and made us question if Blaze Air has our best interest.

Always price check with other HVAC companies before signing a work proposal with Blaze Air!! Even though I am have a member of their maintenance program, they have tried to up charge me significantly on quotes for two separate projects. My most recent, an HVAC unit replacement, was quoted almost $6,000 more than a local competitor for a worse unit. My last project involving the replacement of some ducts was similarly over priced. They are trying to rip you off so make sure to get other estimates!

The technicians were able to detect the problem quickly and finish repairs fairly quick. The technicians are friendly and courteous.
The cost was more than I expected, I was shown estimate first so I knew the cost. I thought both outside faucets were going to be replaced, just one was.
I will continue to use Blaze.

Tom was very professional. The last two times we had Blaze Air do a maintenance check on our heat pump system, they said that the capacitor needed to he replaced. They quoted $304 to replace it. We took them up on it this time. However, we should have waited and looked up how much the part is. Afterwards, I looked up the part on Amazon... ...a whopping $8.59. Highway robbery to replace a part that took less than 10 minutes.

Jermaine was awesome. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He didn’t try to over sale me and at the same time made sure I had everything I needed for outlet installation and surge protection. He even offered to help me get my groceries out the car as he was loading up! Customer service at its finest. Will definitely recommend and will be my go to for electrical needs at my home!
