As always terrific support from our technician who performed the service. However I do not appreciate learning from the technician that what had been a part of our service, changing out the filters was no longer a part of it. This was a part of our maintenance plan when we signed up which we are billed for monthly. I think you can afford to stock your trucks with a range of filter sizes. We were never notified this was changing. I understand that things change but we had been a part of Air Treatment before Blaze acquired that business and it feels a little like a loss of service level that can happen as businesses get bigger. Again never any issue with our technicians but the smaller customer service level items are what can make the difference for a customer. In addition to the filter change, I had requested quarterly maintenance, electrical and plumbing to be performed during the same window of time which was confirmed. Only to find out on the day of service that plumbing was coming an hour later which I had to cancel because we had planned for an 8 AM. No one ever followed up with us.

I had to edit my previous review from 4 stars to 3 and the 3 can be credited to their very nice technicians. Blaze technicians are very professional and very nice. However, the prices are way to high. I had an estimate this morning and it's almost $400 to replace the drain in my bathroom vanity. They also just replaced a part on my furnace last month and that cost a lot. I don't think Blaze gets that inflation is high and people just don't have $$$ anymore. And I'm not sure what the $19 a month subscription is getting me. If anyone in corporate at Blaze sees this, you definitely need to adjust prices accordingly.

Kenny did an awesome job replacing my pressure tank and sorting out some mess from old plumbing. Very happy with his work!

Used this outfit a few times now for both air and plumbing. Pricey for sure but they've always done excellent work and been easy to work with. Recommend for those willing to pay a little more for peace of mind.

We contacted Blaze for light fixture installation and repairs to the circuit running out to our garage. They were able to work us into their schedule within 24 hours. Our technician, Ryan, was an absolute joy to work with. He was courteous, professional and kept us informed every step of the way. The service was worth every penny. Ryan, tell your boss I said give you a raise. 10/10 100% would use again

Two technicians were here in less than an hour after my call to Blaze and had the air conditioner running correctly again in an hour. I was kept informed of what they were doing and why they were doing it. Very professional people from my phone call to the technicians doing the work. I will use them again.

They were very easy to work with. Help me with the financial. Came out to and install some window unit till my new heat pump was install. There was only a 2 day turn around to get my new unit install. Call on Saturday night. Technician show up Sunday. New unit installed on Tuesday.

The technician arrived quickly and was very nice and professional! However, he determined that the issue was at our older indoor fuse box which he said blaze air does not allow him to work on. However, when we brought a second electrician from a different company he found that it was just a small piece at our exterior new panel that had oxidized and just needed to be cleaned up. This seems like something the first technician should’ve caught and fixed. I wish we could get our money back.
