I called Blaze looking for a quote to change our house from fuse box to circuit breaker. They gave me a window of when the technician would arrive and provided text updates along with a picture of the technician who will be coming over, which I really appreciated. They sent Jermaine over the next morning. He was extremely professional and courteous. We are hoping to get a couple more quotes, just because this is an expensive project, but I am tempted to work with Blaze just to have Jermaine come back and do the work.

Our technician, Chris was awesome! He repaired our electrical breaker box and then explained the process involved in our service today. He ran out and picked up the part needed to get the electricity back on and installed it within an hour! We’ve always gotten amazing service from Blaze Air, from the scheduler to the technician.

Leif Payne was the electrician who installed the ceiling fans and surge protector at my home. He was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful regarding all things electrical. It was a joy working with him and I will definitely contact Blaze Electrical in the future for all my projects.

Blaze is a great company from the phone service representative, Aleena, to the service man, Ben. Aleena took the time to listen to my hvac concerns and was knowledgeable on how to help me and getting me on the schedule to get checked. Ben was very professional and helpful. He took the time to troubleshoot my hvac issue and found a resolution to the problem. Their diagnostic last 30 days so should anything change from the time he left I could call back and get it checked back out. They even have a subscription that makes you part of the blaze family where they check on your hvac, plumbing, and electrical equipment through the year. As a first time homeowner, this company is a great contact to have. Professional services, knowledgeable staff, affordable work.
