I called Blaze about an air conditioning issue. Within just a few hour's Ben came out and had fixed the problem. Very helpful, professional and saved me money. Definitely will be calling Blaze again.

Service was great except someone prior didn't close the door correctly to the air handler and tech had to correct that. Still have never received an air filter since installment of unit January 2023. Other than that, tech arrived 2 hours early. Would recommend Blaze and have recommended Blaze to several people in need of ac/heat/plumbing issues.

Blaze has a great package for $250 a year they come out & change filters for free (that's basically the cost of filters for a year) & look at heating, cooling, electrical, & plumbing. If we have any issues during the year, this package waves the service fee. It is well*** worth the $250. As well, it's being preventative with major items such as heating/ cooling systems which always seem to go down when everyone else's does in the extreme heat / cold. I'm very grateful for Blaze Air, the knowledge techs they send out, & this awesome package.

Charged over $400 before I even spoke to the technician. Charged additional $300 for work that should have been covered under my annual maintenance. Tech spilled large qty of water without even telling me. Very disappointing. I thought these were the good guys.

1) For starters Robert showed up an hour and forty minutes before my appointment time. There was no notice given that I received. 2) I had requested a smaller technician because the attic stairs are very old and fragile. Guess who is NOT small? this company will not listen to you, or they will promise you whatever you ask for but then you will not get it. 3) After diagnosing the problem, he offered to install a small piece of PVC pipe to vent the drain line to relieve the "vapor lock" in the drain. The Cost would have been $313 for fifteen to twenty minutes installation of a one dollar piece of plastic as a vent. He also told me this was my ONLY option. 4) He did not verify freon levels In either the inside or the outside unit. UPDATE: Other company just left. Freon was low. No vent needed. BLAZE will rip you off if they can. New update: bossman just called to accuse me of harassing Robert. Really??

We called on a Sunday due to water was coming up into the bathtub while washing clothes. Nathan was very professional with making sure he explained everything and went over all options with me and my husband. They are coming back to redo some pipes. Very pleased
