Chris Williams was our technician and he was wonderful! He worked so hard and spent time going to 3 different places to find parts. He was here until 7:30 pm making sure everything was right, explaining everything thoroughly. We appreciated his honesty; he is a real asset to your company.

Searching online for electrical services & saw that they provided this service. I hired them on the spot and will rehire them again and again!! Such awesome work & exceptionally knowledgeable about their products and services. There’s no way that I would consider calling anyone else. Blaze… You’re so Awesome 👏

They did good work. My air works great now.. giving 2 stars because of ignorance on the installers.. they replaced my whole system. Including the breaker from the outside breaker box. They removed and cut the wire for my well resulting in having now water. It took a min but they finally got my water fixed and the ac fixed.

The technician did a Free Inspection, and then reviewed the results with us, and asked if we had any other related questions or concerns. He gave us estimates with options for each of the items, answered each of our questions based on his 27 years of experience, explaining in layman language and gave us time to discuss with each other and decide what we wanted to do. Then he gave us a bottom line cost and we agreed on a time for the work to be done. The work was completed in an efficient, professional manner and he assisted us in registering the major items. All work areas were cleaned up and trash taken away. He respected our time and property and treated us the way he would like to be treated. Completely satisfied!

I used Blaze for the first time this week for some electrical work. The tech was very professional and explained everything he was going to do to locate the problem. He located the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner, liked them so much I signed up for their preferred customer plan.

I used Blaze for electronical issues and immediately they sent Leif out. He was ANAZING! within 5 minutes our issue was diagnosed and Duke Energy dispatched same day! Excellent service and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
