I highly recommend Eanes to everyone needing heating and cooling services and/or repairs. Their technician Roberto was very professional, explained everything up front before any repairs. I’m very impressed with Roberto, Eanes, and the repairs. They did their best to accommodate my needs during an emergency situation. I highly recommend Eanes to everyone. Thank you guys 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Chad Morgan was kind, informative, patient and helpful in fixing my air conditioner. We have a very large family and as hectic as it was he was understanding and even gave tips for in the future to help prevent another occurrence. Affordable work with a pleasant attitude. Will recommend to all and gladly request if Eanes is needed again. Ask for him you won’t regret it. Also Eanes give him a raise for his great work!

We have been very happy with the work done by Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning. We wanted to have a spring checkup done on our system and the technician, Abe, found several items that needed immediate attention and others that were recommended. We were provided a clearly-defined list (with pictures) of work to be done along with recommended order of performance and associated costs which allowed us to make informed decisions on how to proceed.

I do not recommend Eanes unless you're made of money. I called them about my AC not cooling very well and they came out on time and the HVAC guy was nice and professional. The problem was the cost. The AC was fine, all he had to do was clean out like 2 feet of PVC that took him all of 15 minutes to pump out. 500 bucks is not a reasonable price whatsoever for what was needed, especially considering that the products he used can be bought for $20 on Amazon.

Chris walked me thru the purchasing part of replacing my ancient HVAC upstairs and helped me understand how it would need to be installed. My installation was done on Saturday and Sunday and all the technicians were courteous (I ask a lot of questions) , knowledgeable and professional. They took great care with my home and I would definitely recommend and will use again in future.

Called for service, and they came the next day. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They identified the problem and corrected it. They left the place clean, and wore shoe coverings so as not to dirty the carpeting. I was impressed with them to the point of taking out a maintenance contract with them to come service the unit semi-annually.

I contacted Eanes to request a quote on a new unit after a technician damaged my heat pump. I wanted to choose a reliable company for the installation, but they said they would charge me $90 for the quote. I clarified that I only wanted a quote for a new installation, not a service call, but they insisted on the fee regardless of whether they got the job or not.

I am so thankful for prompt service from a knowledgable professional who DID NOT talk down to me or take advantage of me because of my gender! My issue was fixed quickly and for a fair fee. Ladies, feel confident calling this company for repair.

Chad Morgan was the epitome of professional. He talked with us to make sure he had a full grasp of the issues we were having before he started any checking. Once he was done he came back to fully explain his findings in terminology that we understood. He was honest and didn’t try to sell us on something he knew we did need. He was extremely polite and respectful. Your team needs more technicians like him! I will definitely do business with Eanes again based on Chad’s work.

Had them out yesterday to check a broken AC, after thawing the coils, said there was a leak and the evap coil needed to be replaced, was still under parts warranty, so that would be covered, but quoted $3,500 to replace and add 3lbs of refrigerant…

Got a second opinion who actually checked the entire system for leaks, found a cap on the fill line outside missing and that was the only place he picked up anything. Filled it for a couple hundred and the system is perfect.

I was kinda surprised when I was given the original estimate and then told they could give me an extensive discount after the tech went outside and “talked” to his manager.

So, I paid $95, to be told I needed a $3500 repair… and waste a day without AC to get another company to look at it.
