    My husband and I met with Jared Reeves today for consultation for an AC unit. Jared has been with the company since 2016, I felt his approach and knowledge was superb. Jared established rapport with us right away. Jared listened to what we wanted and provided exceptional customer service. We discussed the types of AC units that would best suit our needs and went over pricing and set up. Both my husband and I both left the consultation meeting feeling at ease knowing we would be in capable hands. We highly approve and recommend this business.

    I gave 3 stars because they did get my AC back up and running the same day. My AC had completely stopped working. The tech said i needed the capacitor replaced, to get it back up and running, which I agreed to. I wouldn't use them again though because the tech told me I needed an additional 2800.00 worth of work that I did not need!! He tried to schedule to come out again and do the additional work but my husband told me to get a second opinion. I had another reputable HVAC company come out to verify that my system needed more work and he said there's nothing else wrong with my AC and they may have been trying to upsale us. But IMO to give an estimate that high for work that doesn't need to be done is scammy and that completely lost my trust. Won't use again.

    UPDATE: In response to the company there's a difference in suggesting things just for general maintenance, and saying I need lines cleared and a pressure switch replaced when it didn't need to be done. My second opinion was confused as to why you're tech would suggest all that work for a unit that's only 5 years old and he said my unit only needed the capacitor replaced. That other work would have been unnecessary.

    Our technician, Cory, was very helpful in diagnosing the issue with our system and quickly getting things fixed and getting our air back up and running. Very professional and informative about repairs that were made and needed.

    Very Satisfied customer. Just had my HVAC system replaced this week (in the pouring rain unfortunately for the crew). Working with the team, from the salesman who came out to size and price my system, all the way to the installation team was excellent.
    The delivery driver brought the unit that morning before the crew arrived so that they were ready to go as soon as they got there, and then came back later to haul off the old unit. They had the old unit out with-in 2 hours or so, and the new one installed and completed by early afternoon. They took the time to wrap new insulation around my existing ductwork to replace some old insulation, as well as to run the new drain out thru the brickwork and siliconed the hole and wrapped the drainpipe in insulation as well.
    The lead tech, Jamie, came in and installed CO2 detectors in every bedroom and my new digital thermostat and went thru and showed me how to work it, link it to my phone, and how to set the schedules. He always had on booties when inside the house and did not make any mess (unlike me who did).
    The crew was very professional at all times and you can tell they take great pride in their work and for the company they represent. They cleaned up all of the material from the old system and new, and when they left you could not even tell that they were there, except for my new gleaming AC unit outside. The city inspectors came by today to check everything and even they mentioned that they were impressed with the work that was done.

    As an existing customer I know the top quality people Eanes employs and that is why I did not second guess who I was going to buy this new HVAC system from.

    Cory is awesome. Professional and prompt. Our ac unit was not working last night and in 12 hours Cory was here and had us back up and running. We are first time Eanes customers and found them by a commercial on TV. I was not expecting the fast, courteous and efficient service. But they showed up at 8 am and fixed us up at an excellent price. We have now signed up for maintenance service with Eanes. Thank you Cory.

    Wayne was an extremely knowledgeable technician who arrived on time and worked quickly. I was surprised that a Saturday appointment was available and he arrived right at 8 am. I had received a text message earlier stating the tech was on their way. He knew about the company, their practices, and service plans. Wayne appeared to be a proud Eanes team member and took pride in his work.

    Installation wasn’t easy. Techs were VERY good at their jobs. Jose and Adam both worked until they had the job done and done well. Great guys and knew their stuff. Would recommend them highly.
    The whole process from start to finish was great.

    Daniel was very professional, and informational . He was able to tell me the reason my thermostat was not working immediately. He was then able to show me why this had happened. I will continue to call Eanes , and keep my service contract with them.

    Satisfied customer! Eanes came out and replaced my heating unit in 30 degree weather. Heat unit went out over the weekend and Eanes made an appointment right away to get us a new installation by Tuesday AM. Technicians even came up on a difficult installation issue because of the age of my failed heat unit, they called out a supervisor and got the issue resolved in no time. Even installed a new smart wall thermostat. Back in business. Thank you David, Chris, and The Eanes Team!

    We had a thermostat replaced and charged over $1200! What an OUTRAGEOUS price when the thermostat sells for $150 and the installation took less than 2 hours! Eanes would not itemize our invoice saying this was their flat fee! We had to contact their corporate office before we received any consideration on our bill!
