    I have a Spring and fall Tune-up always each year and That helps to keep things in good working order. And if anything needs to be done, Billie Christy, always does a fantastic job.. He is extremely competent, reliable and intelligent. I'm so grateful to be able to work with someone like this..

    Bad experience. One call close bs company. Would not use or recommend. Out of the six companies that I have gotten estimates from they are by far the worst and they are certainly not an option for my heating and cooling system replacement. They don't even follow up with a quote. Obviously, you need to sign up today at the highest profit and commission or they are not interested in your business. Very disappointed.

    I was told by the Eanes team that my control board and furnace had failed and needed a replacement.

    I got not confirmation of time or date of the arrival except the day we had the salesmen comeout.

    The team arrived at 7:30am on the agreed upon day. About 4 hours later they said there was an issue with the thermostat, it was shorting the new control board - which is exactly the issue we had initially with the old control-board and furnace.

    They said they needed to rewire the thermostat to a new location because there was a short on the circuit and they couldn't figure out what it was.

    After drilling a hole into my wall and installing the new thermostat at another location - the short error continued to happen.

    At 1:30pm they left and said - they had done everything they could and they put in a request to have another technician come out.

    The other technician arrived later that day - spent another 5 hours and couldn't figure out what the short circuit was coming from and called yet another technician.

    At 7pm the third technician showed up only to find out that the short circuit was a misplaced connector on my outside unit and that neither the furnace, or the control board or the thermostat or the need to drill a hole into my wall was the issue.

    Almost $6000 later I have a massive hole in the wall of my hallway that was unecessary, a new furnace - that was unecessary and a new control board - which according to your own technician could also have been unecessary to start with, and a new thermostat which was also unecessary.

    I'm very unhappy, extremely frustrated and disappointed with how we were treated as "one more sale" for your monthly goal and there was very little to no transparency in that process.

    I also received a credit card? from Synchrony Bank which was not mentioned at all during the contracting part when we were mistakenly convinced that we needed a new control board and furnace and now I have to spend more time to go try to sort this mess out and figure out what it all means because nothing - much like the furnace situation - was explained to me or my wife.

    We reach out to you - expecting you to be experts and help us throughout the process - mainly because we don't understand refrigeration but that's the opposite of what we got here.

    We will not be recommending Eanes any time soon and we truly hope we don't have to ever rely on your services - at least not with what our experience was over the last week or so.

    Now - I have to go find someone to fix the hole on my hallway, call this new credit card that showed up at my door to figure out what that's all about and handle the mess of what just happened - oh and pay the bill - which, again, was unecessary.

    Words can not describe how my wife and I feel right now with all of this.

    Way too expensive...852.00 Labor only, to change out an inverter board....after researching with other hvac pro...they all said at the most 300.00....i should have done research before Eanes but since i had a service plan with them that it would be a reasonable cost...NEVER again...Adios! The manager didbreach out to me and was very helpful with this matter

    My technician Jason was great. He quickly found the issue and advised we needed to get a part in order for repairs to be completed. He made sure it was safe for us to keep using the unit while we wait for the part. It was so easy to schedule service with QR code on an advertisement from Eanes. I scanned the QR code and was able to schedule the appointment for the next morning. Will update or post a new review if we have issues after the part arrives. But I don’t foresee any issues as I have always had great service with Eanes.

    Superior service. Neighbor suggested contacting Eanes. Had also talked & met with 2 other HVAC companies. Eanes initial consultation stood out above the others. Installation, team-work, thoroughness, clean-up, respectful of property, etc. A+, superior.
