    Hunter did an excellent job getting my heat pump back running. He knew what needed to be done and explained everything he was doing. Was very polite and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. Very satisfied customer.

    Mark summarized furnace was on last leg needed replaced not repaired. We both made decision t o have salesman give quote. Not very happy with numbers but needed heat my wife and i retired and old we spend all our time at home. Installation is scheduled. Hope we will be happy. Super nice estimator Jarred.     Had my spring maintenance scheduled on units Eanes installed years ago. Jacob arrived on time and performed spring maintenance. Unfortunately he found major issues with the original 25 year old furnace. I saw the pictures he made plus my own visual review. Unit had cracks and rust. I don't know HVAC but I know enough that what I saw was a fire and carbon monoxide problem just waiting to happen. I was able to meet with Spencer Foy the same day and reviewed replacement options. New installation was scheduled the next day. Kamine, Marshall, Kevin and Jamie arrived as promised and removed old furnace, replaced upstairs ac/heat unit, new thermostat and did installation in one day. All were professional, easy to talk with and answered all my questions. Job was neatly completed. It was definitely a very expensive endeavor no home owner wants but my safety was addressed. I now have a very high efficient furnace and upstairs ac/heating unit. I can only hope this furnace last 25 years! This crew was excellent and I believe I continue to be in good hands with Eanes.

    Charles Dunn was professional with excellent customer service. He was thorough in checking out our furnances. He quickly discerned the issue with safety switch and resolved it. He also figured out that our heating maintenance had not been done and sent request to the office to follow-up to schedule. The dispatcher worked with our schedule challenges to make sure we would be in alignment with the technician. Also grateful for the 24/7 customer service from Alex. He answered questions and schedule an urgent appointment. Thank you.

    Interaction with your people has been great, but I think your pricing gouged me! I made an appointment for repairs to a non-working gas furnace. Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. A small critical switch had failed and was easily replaced. The price you charge for the part is $845, discounted to $725. The part from the same supplier and manufacturer is available for $9.47. Even accounting for knowledgeable labor, warehousing, processing, 2 year warranty and your profit, that's an excessive markup. Unfortunately this is not the first time your parts prices have alarmed me.

    UPDATING THE REVIEW: What a group of professionals! For details please see the initial/original review below. The installation crew and everyone in the office did a fantastic job. We were kept in constant communication and the job was done exactly as promised. Very competent people with a great process in place to keep customers informed and happy. I highly recommend Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning; the company, their process and their people are customer centric, they have all of the tools and equipment in place to get the job done (one truck delivered the equipment while another truck collected the old equipment and trash immediately). I just do not have enough words to complement these fine professionals. Congratulations to the people and to whoever has set up the process and has trained these fine professionals - such quality of service is not happenstance; having managed corporate operations for decades, I know full well this level of service is the result of a management who truly cares about their customers and their people. Really, a great job and an example for others to follow.

    ORIGINAL COMMENTS: We are working with Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our HVAC system (it is 27 years old). We initially contacted them for a repair (knowing our system is old and may need replacement).
    Their technician (Mark) and their representative (Jared) were as professional as a professional can be. And, the entire company seems to be exceptional in the way they conduct their business. They use the latest technology tools to keep me updated as to their progress, they are highly knowledgeable, friendly, and seem very concerned about keeping me and my family informed and happy.
    We are in the process of having the system installed (installation is set for tomorrow). I have every confidence they will do a great job. I am very happy with their performance and how we have been treated so far and plan to follow up with another review after the project is completed.
    Congratulations to their management team; such consistency and quality in people and processes is not just an accident - such performance is always the result of excellent people under the care of great management.

    The Service Technician Roberto was extremely kind, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I would highly recommend Roberto to anyone. I am so sorry you are discontinuing service on Gas Boilers. Right now I have no other option. I just found your business and now I can't use you for my Gas furnace. I am saddened and disappointed. As a first time customer, I have also just signed up for for your A/C service contract. I have been through many companies since 1964. Roberto was able to tell me and fix things about my system no other Service Technician could. PLEASEEEE!!!! reconsider this action.
