Had my furnace replaced 12.19.2022. The completion of the installation went with no issues however there are internal HR issues within the company and a terminated employee who participated in my installation. I was given some information about the services I received. I have called at least 4 documented times and have not received a called back from “customer relations”. I tried my hardest to effectively communicate to resolve my concerns before leaving this review, but I assume they do not care, nor will anyone be following up with me. You would think they would treat their customers better after a $8,500 project.

The Eanes installation team of Jonathan exceeded my expectations. They arrived on scheduled, removed the old HVAC system, installed a new Lennox system, air scrubber and filtration system in one visit. They were professional, courteous, hard workers and took pride in the quality of their work. My new system is quieter and much more efficient at maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my home. I highly recommend Eanes services.
Kaemon C. was the leader of the tech team that installed our new heating and cooling system. He and the other technicians did a thoroughly professional installation and answered all of our questions clearly. All of them were highly trained and efficient, as well as being courteous and kind. Kaemon spent extra time at our house, in order to double check the new systems and speak with us about the new thermostat, filter, and operation of the systems. At the end of the project, our house was left clean and orderly. We are very appreciative of the fine service we received.
Austin arrived on time and was very professional. Completed his task in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and answered any concerns and explained all questions. Have used Eanes for years. Highly recommend!!
My mom's AC went on the blink over the weekend. Roberto came out as planned on Sunday afternoon. He immediately found the problem and she was up and running in no time. Great job!!
Buyer Beware. This is a two-part complaint regarding Eanes from High Point, NC. 1) Eanes does not honor its warranty. The compressor on my 7-year-old Carrier Unit purchased from and installed by Eanes went out over the Christmas holidays. The part was under a 10-year warranty. Eanes sent out service people who quoted $4,040.16 for the replacement of the part which I thought was outrageous since the part was under warranty. I got another quote from a local HVAC provider for the part and installation of $1,400. This provider was not a Carrier dealer. After numerous calls and a big runaround an Eanes manager finally admitted the price for installation and replacement of the compressor should’ve been around $2,000. I ended up going to with the other provider for the replacement. 2) Eanes was not forthcoming about the limitations of its mini split systems. My further dealings with Eanes have also been a very expensive disappointment. I had two Mitsubishi mini splits installed 2 years ago which cost a little over $11,000. Over the Christmas holidays when the temperature got below 20 degrees, they sent out cold air. Everyone had to wear coats for Christmas dinner. When an Eanes technician came to look at the units, he told me they do not work below 20 degrees. Had I known this to begin with I would never have purchased these very expensive units. Based upon these two experiences I would never recommend Eanes to anyone from anything!
Heat pump stopped working on a cold Saturday night. I called Eanes Sunday morning and they had a technician out that afternoon. Sean had our system up and working in under an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Roberto was a great technician. Very friendly. Only problem I have with the service provided is the cost. A capacitor was replaced on my a/c unit. Total charge? Almost $500. That seems quite excessive for a $20 part.
