Jared was a very likeable and knowledgeable rep for the Eanes company. He was personable, friendly and looked us in the eye which means a lot to me. He answered all of my questions that we had for him. We have used Eanes in another installation, and are going to use them again. My son used them 2 months ago... He LOVED them so I used them and my son was not wrong. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone. From the sales call on Wed at 1pm to the install on Thur at 8 am. Great crew and very hard working.

Josh and Marshall were very professional and answered all my concerns and questions. The system works great! Old system was cleaned up and removed. Marshall explained the program features of new thermostat. Ready for the HOT weather!!

Thank you to Crespin, Adam, and Mike for installing my new system. Everything works great. They came in and replaced the entire system, no mess. (See below for the system check and price quote with Chris and Gordon.)

Chris came out to help me with my filter and figure out why my a/c was struggling to cool down the house. He tried everything he could to repair the system; however, it’s 17 years old and just needs to be replaced. He got me an appointment for estimates the on the following day. Chris answered all my questions, explained what he doing and why he was doing each thing. No one wants to hear their system needs to be replaced, but I can honestly say that if Chris could have made that a/c start working again he would have.
Next day- Gordon came to do estimates. He explained what he was doing and why, then what systems were recommended for my home size, and should comparisons. Gordon got me an appointment for the new system install in less than a week, which I appreciate.
Still would very much recommend Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning.

Billie came out and explained everything about my system to me in detail. He is very professional and he was kind to my son’s dog who is a bit over excited about guests. I am very grateful that he and the Eanes company were able to help us with our a/c unit so quickly.

Gary was absolutely fantastic. I am so so grateful that he was able to come out the evening before Christmas eve as our heat had stopped working and of course it was on a record setting cold temperature day. He worked outside with the windchill of 2 degrees and in the dark! If one review can give somebody a raise, this man definitely deserves one! Before he left, our house temperature had already gone up 3 degrees, I'm so thankful we won't have a freezing cold Christmas now. Gary is awesome, give this man a raise, a bonus, something!

Josh came out and serviced our heating system at my business ,
he was professional, on time and thorough with the service .
he discussed his findings with me made his suggestions and asked me if I had any questions about the service .

Had them come out and check my air conditioning unit they said it was completely out of refrigerant .....now it worked great last year no problems so how it got completely out of refrigerant is really weird but none the less their estimate to find the leak and refill the refrigerant was $7,000.00 and to replace the unit was $10,000.00 I checked and I can buy a new one on Amazon for less than $2,000.00 , ......I won't be using Eanes ever again

Hunter provided excellent service and got our AC up and running quickly on a hot day. He was careful to explain the repairs and associated costs. I highly recommend Eanes and I greatly appreciate Hunter!
Update February 2022 - service inspection completed by Mason. Mason called while he was on the way, arrived right on time, and completed the service inspection promptly and professionally. He was respectful and courteous and careful to explain the results of the inspection.

I was very pleased with the punctuality of the company. I was expecting to be made to wait but was very happy my tech Josh showed up a bit early. This guy might be young but he was very thorough in his examination. He had my natural gas furnace up and running within an hour of his arrival. I expect the age of this system is a huge factor. I do expect it to go down again because of that and I will certainly request Josh for assistance.
