Rudy Cools Heating & Air Conditioning

When I moved back to the Charlotte area, there was a reason why I called Rudy Cools to come service the HVAC systems at my new home. I've used Rudy Cools on and off since 2010, moved out of state and have now moved back to North Carolina. The home I purchased needed 2 system replacements. Rudy Cools gave me a great price, arrived on time the day of the job, sent 5 techs to make sure we got the work done timely, and were absolute professionals. Chris, Francisco and the other techs were outstanding. I would highly recommend Rudy Cools for all HVAC services.

I hired Rudy Cools for HVAC maintenance and was really impressed. The scheduler, Karyn, was very responsive and communication was great. The technician Mark was excellent. He took time to educate me on the system and explained everything he did. He also uncovered a piece of weather-stripping inside the internal unit which was left behind during construction. This could have caused some long term problems had it not been found. I used to serve on an HOA board and have dealt with a lot of service providers. Rudy Cools is one of the best I've encountered in terms of professionalism, transparency, and quality service. I will definitely continue to use them.

Rudy cools does a great job. They performed repair on the capacitor of my HVAC unit and completely cleaned it to get it up and running for the Summer. Super honest and dependable company that I’ll continue to use for my hvac needs.

They had a competitive rate, but when we added in the Veteran's and cash discounts, we were able to get a higher efficiency unit for an even better price than competitors lower-level model. They took great care with our home, very polite and professional, and finished ahead of schedule. I look forward to working with them for our ongoing maintenance on both units in our home!

I scheduled an appointment with Rudy Cools after receiving a strong recommendation from a trusted friend. First, I found the woman who I scheduled the appointment with to be very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Second, I found the cost to have our unit inspected very reasonable. Emil from Rudy Cools came over yesterday to inspect and service our HVAC. Third and finally, Emil was great, and I was very pleased with the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and showed me different areas in the unit where I could check for issues. He explained how the unit works and what problems to be on the look out for, since it is an older system. He explained many of the things he was doing, and I came away from the experience a more informed consumer. Also, he was very courteous and professional, and I could tell he had integrity. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
