Our heat went out last night and we scheduled a next day appointment. Bill was our service repairman. He arrived on time and was very nice, thorough in his job and answered all our questions. We have used Rudy Cools in the past and have always been pleased with their quick response time and easy going manner. Never pushy and just tells it like it is. I appreciate that!

Needed to have the upstairs AC/heater unit replacement. Based on my internet search, I looked for several HVAC contractors with good customer ratings and Rudy Cools was one of them in Charlotte area. Upon my quote request, they gave me a competitive offer that worked for my budget. Their interactive quote system was especially helpful for comparison purposes. Everything was installed just in one day and they were really responsive to my requests or concerns during the installation. My overall experience was nothing but positive. Definitely want to work with them for any HVAC related issues in the future.

Our dryer vent was replaced and rerouted to be more efficient. Guys did any excellent job, were quick and cleaned up any mess that was made. They took their time to explain everything they did. All three guys were friendly and courteous. Will definitely use Rudy Cools in the future and would highly recommend.

My A/C system needed to replace and Rudy Cools walked me through the process. Technicians were on time. Communication with front office excellent.

Emergency call at 11:00 pm. Fixed by 11:40pm. Service faster than a pizza delivery; amazing doesn’t justify how pleased we were.

These guys are polite and professional. In my experience over the last 4 years, they have also been very thorough identifying issues from the system installation.

The technicians were very professional, including, explaining how to find the app to operate our thermostat, covering their boots when coming into the house, knocking on the door before they entered each time, and they arrived on time. The installation of our new unit didn’t take very long at all, I believe six hours total. I am very pleased with the service I received from Rudy Cools!
