Scott, the technician, was friendly and honest. He explained all the different steps he was taking to keep our daydream running safely. He was trustworthy with his suggestions for devices we needed in order to fix broken parts of our heating system.

They came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem (an electrical issue before the HVAC system), and helped point me in the right direction to get it fixed.

Rudy Cools was extremely professional and had outstanding customer service. The overall experience has been great. The salesperson, Brian, was on time when he came to give my estimate. He also took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The Technician, Michael, was amazing! Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He also took the time to answer my questions and concerns. The installation (ac/heater/duct work/ and removal of old systems) took about 3 days. However, they were on time and cleaned up after themselves everyday! Thank you Rudy Cools for making this entire experience a great one!

Rudy Cools replaced all the ductwork in our crawlspace. They are fast, efficient, and polite. They show up when they say they will.

11/11/22 Rudy Cools does our 6 months
service on our 2 units. Scott the service technician noticed that our gas line regulator was making a strange noice & he also smelled gas.
He informed us and we called Dominion Energy. And yes the regulator was bad and there was a small gas leak. DE repaired the problem.
We have been a RC customer for quite a few years and wouldn’t use anyone else,
