The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and super polite and professional. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a heat/air service provider since owning my home for more than 22 years. I especially appreciated the way he explained to me exactly what was going on in terms I could understand. I will recommend Rudy Cools any chance I get and look forward to great service for years to come.

The service tech was professional, knowledgeable and nice. We have used Rudy Cool for several years for different properties and we’re please with the service. They pay attention to the details. Did not have to ask to wear booties over work shoes. For me this is a hint as to what type of service you will receive. Courteous respectful quality service at a fair price.

I will always use Rudy Cools now for all my HVAC needs. So professional and their customer service is over the top. Also I did not feel like I was breaking the bank and being taken advantage of.

Had a problem with a/c yesterday and Rudy Cools sent out a technician early this morning to check it out. Added refrigerant to system and checked out operation. I've had them out before and they also installed a new system on different part of the house a couple of years ago. Strongly recommend.

Our heat went down ON CHRISTMAS DAY. Jeff, from Rudy Cools, came out and literally saved the day. They gave us great service and extremely fair pricing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rudy Cools came to look at the zone control in my house and provide an estimate. It quickly became clear to me that I was being taken advantage of. The serviceman looked at everything from the unit to the wiring to the thermostats, commenting on a lot of little things that he said was done wrong by the previous person that did work. He finally said the zone controller was broken and he could replace it but could not guarantee that would solve the problem until it was installed. He seemed fairly certain other items would present themselves once that installation was done. I asked how much for installation and he said he had to check back with his office. When he came back in the house he told me $1100.00 to install. I then showed him what I had googled which showed that the price for the actual part was about $211. He chuckled, advised that the money wasn't going into his paycheck and shrugged saying that's how business is. After more hemming and hawing, he finally said he was going to go back to the office and have them write up a full estimate. I just said okay goodbye because I was done.... A full estimate for what exactly? He was the only one in the house, what could they tell him at the office that he didn't already know? I knew I would never hear from them again.... and I didn't, with the exception of the $96 service invoice feel that came to my email which they charge to come out and provide an estimate. I hesitating paying that....they don't deserve it, but two wrongs don't make a right and it's not worth the fight. I paid that fee and put this company forever in my history, never to be seen again. A few days later I had another guy come out.... and was shown the zone controller I have isn't broken. Work with them at you and your pockets risk!!!

Have used Rudy Cools for years now. Their technicians are great and we are very happy with service and pricing. In addition to regular maintenance we have had them install a humidifier as well as a dehumidifier.
