Highly recommend this business. I reached out to them a couple years back and we’re very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. We ended up working with a different provider at that time purely based on schedule availability. Had a recent issue come up with our unit and these guys were the only ones I called. Very responsive and professional, not only coming out to assess the situation on short notice but also providing feedback and suggested actions to watch out for in the future. Highly recommend these guys and will be working with them again if our ac unit needs more attention.

As a side bonus they accept Apple Pay for invoices and the whole process is so easy!!! Automated email of invoice, automated confirmation of scheduling , automatic receipt upon payment. They’re pleasant, competent, fairly priced, and are easy to work with.

They pressure tested my ductless install. Not sure why the other HVAC folks want to do the whole job including selling the unit. Bill did the whole job and was a total professional.

Wonderful! They responded very quickly when my A/C stopped cooling and came back later the same day once line thawed. They didn't charge for the second visit and treated me with a sense of appreciation for my business. They installed my original equipment so I've stayed with them. Glad I did.

The guys were courteous and professional. They had to replace AC unit. I didn’t even shop their quote, I knew it was fair from what I have heard friends are paying. They laid down plastic over an area rug and vacuumed it before they left. Heat index was 100+ today and besides a water break here and there, those guys hustled the entire 6 hours they were here. Highly recommend Rudy Cools for quality and value.
