I used this company for the first time today. They were very responsive and scheduled an appointment immediately (my heat was out and it was cold out!). Charles the technician was very friendly and helpful in explaining the problem and offering solutions. I would definitely recommend them.

Update: Well my old unit ended up pretty much dying altogether; they were great about working with me to get a new one installed and gave me a credit for the work they had done, even though it wasn't related to the need for replacement. Pricing was very reasonable. They're all very friendly and helpful. Still recommend this company!

It can be tough to find a reliable, honest, helpful HVAC service provider and Rudy Cools truly knocks it out of the park. Upon turning my AC on for the first time this year we quickly discovered it wasn't cooling at all. Karyn was quick to get us setup with a timely appointment and follow up just prior to the appointment to confirm the schedule. Tech's Mark and Sean were on site quickly with great communication as they headed our way. Mark and Sean were very skilled and knowledgeable with everything they encountered on site and totally transparent with all findings and very helpful in breaking down options and costs giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision without feeling any pressure to go a certain direction - their prime focus was helping me figure out what was best for me and my situation.

I can't recommend Rudy Cools enough, they're now my go to for all HVAC needs and I feel very good about that!

Rudy Cools has great customer service and timely responses. The technicians are well qualified and very kind. They helped us in a pinch when our AC went out in the dead of summer and are fairly priced.

Our AC evaporator coil went kaput and our outside condenser was freezing up. Rudy Cools responded to my request for a quote here on Yelp and came to the house the next day. The tech who made the first visit stayed for more than an hour, taking measurements and writing out 3 very specific quotes for different scenarios. The timeline was initial contact- Wednesday. First visit- Thursday. Installation of a new AC condenser and evaporator coil- the following Monday. They were even early on Monday morning for the install. The work was quick, efficient and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to call Rudy Cools again for help in the future.

We were new homeowners, and needed to have our HVAC unit repaired, due to something that had come up on the inspection report. We called Rudy Cools for an estimate. They had a technician out the following day to inspect our unit and to provide a quote. Their quote was lower then the others, and the technician was able to get the repair done that same day. Couldn't be happier with the promptness and customer service at Rudy Cools. Would highly recommend.

They were great to work with. My HVAC died during very cold weather and they replaced it within days. I feel like I got a good deal and that they'll support me if needed in the future. Great customer service too and I will use them again the future and I feel very comfortable recommending them to friends and family.

My A/C died a couple of days ago, just a month after a seasonal check by one of the big companies in the area. So I contacted Rudy Cools. I'd heard of them some time back. Tech Emil came over and found a couple of problems. He replaced a pump and worked a couple of hours to see that we had some heat relief while they got a motor that wasn't available over the weekend. Emil was great! Monday, Tech Dave came with the replacement motor and to check a leak. Seems the system froze despite the work around. Dave quickly had the new motor in place and the A/C running. I had sticker shock at the price of the motor, but don't think I was ripped off. Service was top notch. Techs are very knowledgeable and efficient and seem to care about the customer. Very timely, which was greatly appreciated in this heat and humidity. Rudy Cools will be our 'go-to' heating and air in the future. Bigger companies aren't always the best.
