Jordan, Josh, Ty, and Justin were on time, friendly, and professional. They were all under my house all day installing a new central heat and A/C system. They were the best price AND finished ahead of schedule! Incredibly hard workers. Would definitely recommend!

We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Dilling! We noticed our A/C wasn’t keeping up on a Friday afternoon and by that night we realized the upstairs unit wasn’t blowing cold air at all. We shuffled the kids to “camp out” downstairs and promptly called Dilling the next morning. Mary Kate was exceptional and said she could have a technician out to us by early afternoon. To our surprise Seth showed up before noon and told us what we already knew … that our dinosaur A/C unit had finally kicked the bucket. Seth was very gracious and patient with my million questions (and I ask a TON) and he said he could ask Dylan to come as soon as possible to talk about options for purchasing a new unit. A few hours later, Dylan was here and we had decided the best option for us which resulted in a new A/C unit and a compatible furnace (the old furnace was not up to code and a safety hazard – yikes!). This time of year everyone in the HVAC industry is so busy, so it took a few days before we could get our new system installed, but Dylan went and personally bought a few window cooling units that we could borrow for our upstairs rooms while we waited for the new system. We slept comfortably until the installation of our new system could begin – which I was VERY grateful for with two kids. Paul and Preston were amazing with the install! They were friendly and respectful of our space and they were gracious with our kids and dogs milling about while they were working. We also have a driveway that can only be compared to Mt. Everest, and they hiked up and down it multiple times after realizing their truck wouldn’t make the trip up. They got a good workout in their multiple trips up and down our driveway, but we never saw them miss a beat and they were always in good spirits even with the heat, hiking, and after a super long day. Apparently there were a few technical snags with our install that we found out about later, but you never would have known it by the positive attitude we saw from Paul and Preston the entire time. Truly top-notch service all around from Dilling from the first call to the end of the job. Our new system is working great (and I’m loving our new Wifi thermostats)! No one wants their A/C to break in the heat of summer, but every person at Dilling made us feel like family that they truly cared about. Their level of service and care have made us lifelong customers.

Kenny Day showed up on time, got the job done quickly, and was very conscientious of the work area, even though it was a mess of our own making. Couldn’t recommend a better guy for the job—the new light addition to this living room looks great!

The week prior, Ricky and Jerry came by to install a ductless HVAC system in our loft conversion. Same deal: arrived on time, we’re helpful without being pushy, provided very useful and timely feedback, and got the job done in a timely manner.

Batting 1.000 with Dilling. Great company!

Nick was great! Not only was he very professional, my little one was very curious and Nick was super patient with him, showing him his tools and how they worked. Great experience with Nick.

Dilling HC Tech Matt did amazing as he was quickly able to identify the problem and come up with a solution to have ac back up and running.

Dylan in Sales Support came out after Matt and we both easily hit it off with facts on investing for no a worries tomorrow.

Andrew and Raymond did an amazing job as they both knew communicating with me was the key as a home user. They went up and above to make sure that the sale thru Dylan was supportive by them as the Installers. Now we have ice cold air along with straight mounted split level with the unit moved out of the way for the future pool. 15/10 for Dilling = Andrew, Raymond, Dylan & Matt as the Team on this.

Our HVAC system unexpectedly failed and we needed a whole new system installed. Dilling was able to come out the same day to thoroughly check the system and give us quotes / recommendations for various options. The new system was installed the next day. The whole team who helped us (Nick, Owen, and the installation team) was very professional, helpful, and hard working. They got the job done quickly and correctly the first time. We are so appreciative of their help and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and quality products.

Marvin was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. Marvin offered a lot of good advice and was able to easily diagnose any issue I pointed out. His experience in his profession truly shows. This visit was a great experience, he did not pressure me with sales tactics and upgrades making me feel uncomfortable (hate that). He offered his reasonable opinions and offered multiple options with explanations that made sense.

Vincent and his apprentice Eric were very professional and thorough with explaining the issue. They also gave my husband and I great suggestions for future installations to better support our household. They weren't pushy but able to back their suggestions with logic. Chris came out this morning for the annual check. He was super thorough, knowledgeable (asking questions from co-workers when needed to confirm his assessments), super friendly and attentive to my particular needs. Great service from Dilling as well with contact information, bio, and photo of tech before arrival and follow up to make sure I had all of my questions answered. Would definitely recommend!!

The experience with this company was amazing from start to finish. The first crew of Matt and Nick who did the inspection of the unit were top notch. They gave us all of our options in how to proceed. Getting a new unit even though expensive up front would save us $ in the long run due to the great warranties that came with a new unit. Then we had a salesperson, Jordan come out did another inspection of the overall AC unit, including duct work electrical and determined what tonnage of unit we would need. This was all done in the same day. We explained everything in detail and we decided to go with getting a new unit. The installation was scheduled for the next day. The installers Andrew S and Grant came out. Once again they did an amazing job. From start to finish it was an amazing job
