Rudy Cools Heating & Air Conditioning

Thankfully our A/C wasn't actually damaged in any way it just worked a little weird after the storm and Bill really took his time to inform us all about the ins and outs and dos and don't of our system ,which was GREATLY appreciated since we're first time homeowners. He arrived early and was in and out quick and rather inexpensive considering it was an after hours call. All around great place so far.

Called the office to schedule our annual furnace check. They were able to easily schedule for a time that was convenient for us.

Bill, the service technician, arrived at the scheduled time, and promptly got to work. He did a thorough job checking the heater for cracks and checking the system operation and settings. Where appropriate, he made adjustments to key settings, and wrote them down where a future technician could see for reference.

With this being a relatively new system, I had a few questions/concerns, which he readily answered.

We have had consistently good service from Rudy Cools, and will continue to use them in the future.

Before finding Rudy Cools, I'd tried other companies in the area. Rudy Cools is by far the best in my opinion. Extremely professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. Very reasonable with prices also. I have an older 3-way (zoned) damper system in this townhouse and recently two of the motors had stopped working properly. Garrett came out and took care of it. I had such a great experience. This guy really knows what he's doing. He was super friendly, but extremely professional and got down to business troubleshooting. When he determined what was wrong he carefully explained the issue and the cost involved for the replacement. Very fair priced, so I proceeded and I watched him diligently checking that each motor was working properly when he was done, going up and down the stairs and each time adjusting the thermostat and re-checking. He really put everything through the paces before declaring the job done. Both my heating and air are working perfectly now. Thank you Rudy Cools! And thank you Garrett!

I was in a jam with my ace went out and my home repair service comp. Could not find an in company service man in my area that was free for 3 days so i call ray cools and they where out the next morning about 8:15am and saved me from this heat. Praise these guy. The technician Bill was very kind and held I'm so glad that i found them. If ur in a jam call them.

Rudy Cools came recommended from a general contractor I know and trust. I have had them repair my old system twice and install a new system. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Highly recommend!

I began using Rudy Cools after I moved into my new townhouse and the previous owner recommended them. I’ve had them come out to service my HVAC system twice a year and they’re awesome. The previous owner replaced the system, but then I had an issue with it. Rudy Cools showed up promptly, after hours, and on a holiday. Everything was covered under warranty and they fixed things for me right away. Everyone who works there is so kind. From the technicians, to Karyn in the office who is always a pleasure to work with. Michael, the owner, is a great guy and seems to have built his business on the belief that a company should do right by people and then the money will follow... and they do right by people. Every interaction with them has been a pleasure. I highly recommend Rudy Cools!
