GSM did a great job on our new ac installation. When the AC installers were here they were very polite and knowledgeable. Our new HVAC system works great and our power bill is way less. We also had GSM come out and do a gutter cleaning and gutter repair on our guttering system. They did a great job in all the services from start to finish. Great pricing and high quality service! We were highly impressed and will be using them for other home services in the future.

We chose GSM for replacing our heating and a/c system due to the excellent service we received during the past few years. Stephen, Craig, Josh and Levon did an excellent job! The system we chose is a newly developed type of system and this was the first of its' kind (this size) the crew had installed. In addition to the upstairs and downstairs Amana units they also installed a Mitsubishi Electric wall mounted heat pump in our basement. The systems include dehumidification and that's a plus especially for the basement where we used a portable dehumidifier. I would also like to give the electricians an attaboy (I believe the name is MDB Electric). They were great as well. In short, all workers were very professional and friendly, answering all questions and addressing any concerns we have had. Would highly recommend GSM to anyone needing HVAC services. Thanks GSM

I must have got a dozen estimates to restore the condition of my crawlspace, from HEAVY mold upon purchasing my new home. I chose GSM Services based off their professionalism, estimate, confidence and previous reviews and I am super happy with that decision. We have always loved working with Gastonia Sheet Metal as they have always been so professional and always gone above and beyond to provide the best service available. We have the membership for the maintenance twice a year making sure that our system is prepared properly for summer and winter, it is worth every penny! Last Friday, June 30, by God’s grace, we had a scheduled maintenance that day. We had a technician by the name of Ethan Parker come out for our maintenance. Right before Ethan was due to arrive, we discovered that our air conditioner stopped working that day! We were so thankful that Ethan was already scheduled and came to our rescue! He did the maintenance and then he found the cause of the problem. He gave us options and solutions to what we needed to do to repair the problem. But he was able to work his magic and was able to get our air conditioner to start working, thankfully, all weekend long…. the hottest weekend of the year! Ethan was able to repair our air conditioning so that we had air this weekend until it could be fixed permanently. He did this without even asking, thank God, because he knew it needed to be done, and literally, he worked magic to get the system to work over the weekend so that we were comfortable the hottest day of the year! This service was far above and beyond the call of duty that I could’ve ever possibly imagined! My husband and I discussed the options that we had. I let Ethan know what we chose to do Friday evening at around 6:30, as he stayed until 6, making sure the system was cooling, and he immediately sent an email to the office so that I would not even have to call on Monday! He took care of it and he said they would call me when the part was in, to schedule a time for the installation. This kind of service is what sets GSM apart from all of the rest! I cannot say enough about this company this technician, and the other technicians that we use, are exceptional as well. Everyone in this organization goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is well taken care of…..taking care of the customer and their needs is their top priority! They installed my system 12 years ago and do PMs twice a year. We rarely have issues but they are fast to respond if we do. Scott was great today, always friendly and knowledgeable. He even took some time to discuss HVAC careers with me because I have a teenage son who is interested. Great guys & a great company.

They were great.They will exempt you from the service charge if a customer agrees to allow them to do the repair. I like that. The service man was very informative and courteous. I recommend them because they are honest and they do exactly what they promise at a fair price.
