GSM Services

We recently had GSM install a "humidity control" service, which I was under the impression was a sealed liner with dehumidifier; eliminating my concern for moisture in the crawlspace. They simply replaced my existing vapor barrier and added a dehumidifier. They've conveniently installed the appropriate liner for encapsulation (20 mil liner instead of a more common 10 mil liner) and are now requesting thousands more to complete what I understood to be the original scope of work.

The work performed was ok (minor shortcuts but overall good), the workers performing the job were friendly/knowledgeable but the sales tactics and subsequent request for additional funds to complete the work, I thought I was paying for, has me concerned that this was a deliberate effort to extort their customers.

I'd strongly suggest that other customers understand EXACTLY what is to be installed and have it in writing on the agreement (and keep the agreement until the work is complete!) to avoid costly follow up charges.

AC system not cooling our house. Used GSM in previous home & they were honest/straightforward with us with an older system. Tyler worked diligently on the system & will return soon to check the dye to identify the leakage. We are happy with GSM, from how Amber/front office handled our appt, to Tyler's work on the unit.

I have only been a GSM customer for a short time but so far they have been very professional, being both timely and working efficiently. The recent tech to do maintenance on the system was Joseph, who so far I think has been the most efficient tech to service the A/C unit so far.

I recently had the pleasure of using GSM Services and working with Zach Mills when our own regular service company could not do the job. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The technician was ready to help and find us a solution so we could have heat and hot water. It took a week but once the inspection was completed, Zach jumped into action and we had heat and hot water that evening. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by Zach and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Installed two custom crawl space doors. They both sealed and shut nicely. The installer Ivan was very detailed in his work, he took his time and made sure everything worked and shut and sealed. Thanks for the customer service and an installer who actually took pride in his work.

Our service representative was Mandy. She was very thorough in her inspection of our system, explaining want she noted. I will definitely use GSM again.

We had Tyler Ledford check our a/c units at our house today. He did a fantastic job and had good recommendations for future services. Very pleased with GSM and their employees

GSM services is a great company to have keep your air and heat going. Joseph was on time and he told me everything he was going to do inside and out. He was very professional and polite.

Just WoW! Within 20 minutes of calling for service on a Sunday morning, Tyler was in my driveway. He had my AC running again in just a few minutes. From phone call to finish was maybe 45 minutes. Tyler, was professional, knowledgeable and didn’t leave a mess. Couldn’t asked for a better result.

I was very pleased with the very professional work that was preformed. They were very detailed in their presentation and at completion they made sure everything was in good working order. The work was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up and took all trash with them. They were very pleasant and friendly people.
