Joseph was on time and very polite. He got right to work replaced all filters and then cleaned the two A/C units outside. He came back into the home and tested both units separately and the reported that the older unit needed some maintenance. He explained well what needed to be done and the price of the maintenance. I gave the go ahead and he did the work and retested the unit. I signed off and thanked him. We discussed the age of the older unit and decided that the work would prove to prolong the unit for a bit longer, hopefully. Joseph was neat and had a good attention to detail and explained things so a non-expert felt confident in his recommendation.

GSM is always on time and professional. Cody was our technician today and he was super friendly and provided feedback regarding our system. He also proactively scheduled our next appointment. We’ve used GSM for years and have no complaints.

We contacted GSM because of reputation for great service. We are extremely happy with the service we have received from GSM from day one. We have their yearly maintenance plan and Mandy provides the maintenance needs for our heat pump twice a year. She is great! It is always a pleasure to see her. From start to finish, this company was professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Our whole home generator was installed in just a few hours. They took care of our landscaping as if it were their own, even going so far to relocate one of our azaleas to ensure the exhaust wouldn't dry out the bush.

We have used GSM for years! A monthly contract is worth it to be at the top of the service list when you lose your AC and its 100 degrees out.
