Jim did an excellent job of explaining the heat pump replacement options and the benefits of each. Once I chose my system, he arranged everything.
Stony and Gabriel were the installers of my new heat pump and thermostat. They were prompt, professional, personable and their work ethic is amazing. They answered any questions I had and explained the operation of the new system to me. They even took the extra time to extend the drain away from the foundation. They cleaned up the work area and left it spotless.

My ancient HVAC system finally bit the dust last week. A GSM tech (Cameron? Please look back and find out his name. He’s the reason I considered buying a new unit) advised me to consider finally replacing it. The comfort advisor, Tim, came and gave me an estimate the next day. One week later, Stephen and Austin, showed up to do my install. They were both personable and professional. They answered all my questions and did a spectacular job. I could have gotten quotes from other companies, but GSM’s consistent track record of delivering excellent service makes it the only choice for me.

Ethan Parker, my service rep did complete system diagnostic and maintenance service, my first since becoming owner. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. He has started me on routine maintenance contract. I feel very comfortable with being a GSM customer.

Will Shelton was super professional and did a great job explaining how the system worked. He also helped recommend services that would make a big difference in air quality!! Really great service!!

I am so glad I decided to wait until I had GMS give me an estimate, the experience was an amazing one, I was amused by the customer service every one has demonstrated, the patience, they worked with me around my schedule which is hectic, and they did such a great job that describing it would not do it Justice. From my comfort & energy advisor Wayne, to the installation crew and Technician Stephen they ensured I was informed throughout the process, installation, and closing documents for finance. It was a two day journey and they came on time, had an impressive knowledgeable crew, they tackled most of the hard work the first day, answered any questions I may have had, and the best part is that I already love my system.
