GSM is always professional, courteous and reliable. Especially Mandy- who frequently handles the routine servicing and troubleshooting. They are upfront and honest, and continue to earn my business!

Have had Mandy as our service technician for several years now. She does an excellent job. She contacts us if she is running behind. Does a thorough cleaning and inspection of our heating and air. Informative, and never feel like she is trying to sell us something. GSM is a great company to deal with, their on call providers for emergency issues are also very good and prompt

This was the second time that a GSM Service employee came TH service my HVAC systems and did not have replacement filters with them. The filters were brought and replaced the next day.

Will and Ethan are bright young men with a confident and positive attitude. Kind of refreshing and i am impressed which doesn't happen often.

We have used Gastonia Sheet Metal for years and they have been great to work with. Mandy, our technician, is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I had my attic and crawlspace sealed and insulated in November 2022. I had Duke Energy to come out to conduct an energy assessment and blower testing. I was very disappointed to learn that I still had many energy leaks and still losing energy from the attic. What I didn't like after the techs completed the work was there was no one that came to do a quality assurance check. I also have a vent in my bedroom that no longer provides heat from the furnace. I always have my HVAC serviced and they checked all my vents as part of the service agreement.

Update 4/25/2023
The Service Advisor (Tim) came out to review the work that was done and gave me an update on what was accomplished by the techs. He showed me photos of the work and corrected some of the concerns I had. He reassured me that the work that was done made my home much better from our initial report. I was glad he came by to help me understand the report and I appreciate his professionalism.

Joseph was on time, very professional and friendly. We have been customers of GSM Services for many years now and will continue to do so for our heating and air needs.

Mandy came early after calling to verify that it was ok. She performed the annual air condition wash and check. She was very professional and did an excellent job. I already scheduled for heating check next November.

GSM crew did a great job installing new HVAC including attic duct work. Logan Roper went beyond the job scope detecting a small gas leak on my hot water heater and fixing the problem. Thanks!!!
