Had summer check up on AC unit. Mandy was the tech that came out. She was very professional and had an outstanding personality. A pleasure to be around.

We got GSM to replace our downstairs HVAC system when the initial unit, which came when we built our house, failed.
We then used the company to do an energy audit and they recommended some changes, most of which we did.
We also got their service contract, which has a minimal monthly fee, but we get two inspections a year, one for summer, one for winter., and free inspection if there is a problem with one the units.
We just got our winter inspection done.
We had a few other technicians, but we have had service from Mandy for several years now. She’s pleasant professional and laughs at all my jokes, whether they’re funny or not l. One time she even left her own drop cord with a light on it to use as a extension cord in our crawlspace for at least a month.
She’s nice to a dog,
Everything we’ve gotten from GSM has been money well spent, and yes, this is the longest and best review I’ve ever given any business.
It is well worth it.

Zack Mills was very thorough. He answered all of out questions. We will definitely use GSM services again and request Zack if we can.

Kobe and James were great! On time, friendly and knowledgeable! James even had to deal with a snake!! Always a good experience with GSM!

Marcus was excellent! Explained areas of concern and provided options.
Felt he had MY best interest at heart versus typical scare tactics!
Hope he is available for my winter tuneup!

Brad Ledbetter came in Mandy’s place today because she was sick. He was fabulous too! Timely! Organized! Went straight to his work inside and out. Neat, clean job, professional! I felt as if I was cheating on Mandy! Love GSM and the professionalism of all!

Mandy is fabulous! First class and so professional! She’s top notch at everything she does and it is a joy to see her and have her in my home! I know my heat will heat and my cool will cool with Mandy in the house! Thanks, GSM!
