Crew did a great job. All were very polite & made sure to cover shoes with each entry to house. I do wish they would have gone over finding of duct cleaning. I was busy at time & forgot to ask & my husband was not there when they finished.

We much prefer this smaller company compared to the larger chains. They are top notch and they kept our old systems going till we needed to replace both floors, both heating and air. VERY RESPONSIVE! Also I have my one “person” who regularly shows up and that is reassuring as well. Today I saw Tyler and his assistant, John. Tyler is a very nice young man who is ex-military.

I had a thermostat to go bad about 7:00PM a few weeks ago. I called GSM and they sent someone right out. They replaced the thermostat in less than 10 minutes. They charged me $280. To my surprise I looked the thermostat up on line and I could have bought the thermostat for $75. Seems like $205 for a 10 minute service call us a little steep.
