GSM Services

We get maintenance every six months and they always do a good job. Joseph came out today and he was very thorough.

Thim was very thorough, explaining the repairs needed and the process to get the repairs done. He came back this morning and installed the parts, again explaining the work he had completed. Thim is a great team member to have at GSM. We have enjoyed working with everyone at GSM and will continue to refer friends and family to your great company!

During my cooling maintenance, Terrell was able to identify early that my blower wheel was over-amping and would eventually fail. He was able to replace it and get me in a place where I would continue to be comfortable. I am forever grateful that GSM is always there to make sure I am taken care of. Couldn't recommend them enough!

UPDATE (6/30/2023): Still enjoying the service GSM provides. Marcus C was very personable and provided great service. He answered all of my questions that I needed to know.

My service tech arrived 30 minutes early, which wasn't a problem at all. He got started and spent 2-1/2 hours inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining my HVAC and heat pump. He let me know what could be improved but no hard sell on any of the items. I signed up for the Loyalty Club Membership for about $30 per month, which took $100 off of my tune-up service. I'm pleased with the service that Austin Stanley from GSM provided including the equipment in my attic, which was super hot up there. I'll be using GSM again!
