    Customer service is amazing. I got a message when my technician was on his way, no guessing. Arrived on time. Was courteous, professional, checked out both systems in an hour. Very happy with Rudy Cools!! Will never go back to a big name company again, there's no comparison.

    So happy I went with Rudy Cools for ongoing maintenance at our new home rather than our previous HVAC company. Mario was very knowledgeable and super quick in addressing our maintenance call and installation of our ecobee thermostat. Even proposed how to enhance our system in the future.

    I’ve been a customer for 12 years for multiple properties. The technician sent out today (a new hire) did a preventive maintenance check for the two heating systems at the house. He also recommended replacement of the contact switch in one of the AC condenser units. He installed a contact switch that was incompatible with the system and then installed the correct switch but must have mis-wired the switch because the condenser unit did not turn on at all after that time. It had no issues turning on prior to that time and there are no issues with the thermostat. After 2 hours, the issue was not fixed and I called the company to send out another technician to fix the issue. I was told no technicians could come out today to fix it. As of now, I still have not received confirmation from the company about when a technician will be sent out to fix the issue. In the meantime, my renter (this is for a rental property) cannot use the thermostat for heating or cooling at all. Needless to say, I am unhappy with the poor quality of service and lack of priority given for this issue.

    Had some problems with my heating & got the diagnosis and estimate from Rudy Cools. I decided to wait to repair this problem.

    The next day my system wasn’t working properly so I called up Rudy Cools again and told them my problem and that something looks unplugged near the unit. Mistakes happen and the technician returned to plug in the fuse switch, which took just a few seconds.

    What annoyed me is the technician tried to charge & haggle with me the diagnostic fee for plugging in a fuse that they left out. I said no I’ll just pay when I receive the invoice from the company. The technician then tried to haggle & lower the price to half of the usual diagnostic fee. I again said no I’ll wait for the invoice.

    During the first visit the same technician also tried to convince me to do the repair, which I said I’ll wait to do. Their estimate for that repair kept going down the more I refused as well.

    Rudy Cools was fair and didn’t charge me the fee for them re-plugging a fuse in, but the technician’s behavior was unacceptable. I’m glad I didn’t give in and pay him on the spot like he asked.
