Booked a last minute appointment with this company on a Friday afternoon, but the tech called and cancelled last minute because he was in traffic. I offered to come in the next day, on Saturday, to meet him. He called when he was in route. It was my day off, so I had to get dressed and come in to meet him. When I arrived, he was working on our neighboring office's AC unit. Turns out they were having trouble with their AC as well. Instead of completing my job first, he decided their unit was a priority over our appointment. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, I went next door and asked him if he could get started on ours because I had to go. He kept me waiting a total of 30 minutes before I gave up and just left. In my opinion, the level of customer service we received was well below what I would be willing to pay for. Called another company and they'll be fixing our unit tomorrow. I hope the neighbor's AC is working well, I just wish they hadn't wasted time on my day off to get their unit fixed.

*Update - A woman from this companies office called and left us a voicemail blaming me for showing up "5 minutes late" and only staying for "10 minutes" before "driving off mad." All of these statements are untrue and we had to call and confront this company with the actual information based on the times and information from our security system.

Woody is the definition of consummate professional. Woody was very thorough, punctual, and skilled with our faulty Lennox coil unit. We Highly recommend this company to handle your ac/heating needs.

Tried to schedule 4 times with Woody, but he kept having reasons he couldn’t make our confirmed appointments. I would not recommend.

Woody did a great job for us. He gave us honest estimates and made sure the job was done right. He came back to do some fine tuning to make sure everything was working correctly.

We just got home from a unexpected ER trip for our 2 month old and our AC fan was broken. He came out within about an hour of us calling, found the part and got it fixed before 10 the next morning ( today) he was quick and our kids and animals can now enjoy the cool air again thanks to him!

Woody was amazing at fixing my heat, communicating about problems, costs and when he would be available. He was super responsive and I would definitely recommend his services!

Woody stokes fried my unit and refused to fix it.. Came and took out his fried transformer and told me to buy a new unit and he would replace it.. Well I did what he told me and now will not come back because he said it is too far for him too travel... Told me if I changed my review on him he would come out. I changed it and now will not answer my text or phone calls... Good thing I saved all of them from before.. Will be reporting him again.... Left me without heat all Winter... Now no AC for Summer.. He should fix what he broke. And still have wire's hanging...
