    I had an appointment but they had a cancellation so moved it up. Matthew and Justin showed up early, was very professional and polite! They listened to my concerns instead of just assuming what the issue was and I found this very refreshing! They fixed my issue (NO AC) in a short matter of time and was VERY reasonable on the Pricing! Matthew and Justin left one happy customer!!! Would definitely refer this company to everyone!!

    To the point I would say that this company is very trustworthy, honest and fixes what’s broken.

    I called them on and off maybe over a month. Question after question after question. Not once were they rude and the entire time they were patient. I really enjoy the fact that when I call a human picks up that works for the company. A lot of other HVAC technicians company’s send you to a third-party I am not giving away my personal information every single time I have a question. So I just did not reply or call back any of those companies here locally. Not only that but the price of Freon and work per hour is competitive over other places I called. I love doing maintenance and I can do a lot of it myself. They came out for some thing that I thought was going to be complex but was very simple. They gave me the choice that I can go to this website purchase this and replace it myself or they’ll just do it right now. I really respected that they’re not there to take as much money as they can. They are there to of course make money for their family but at the same time not rob me of my finances for things that might last a little bit longer. Or things that I vocally expressed I can fix without help. Within an hour they had everything fixed. Real easy to talk to and actually enjoy what they’re doing. The other thing that I really liked you don’t have to pay them right then and there but they do have the option of check or card. The option that I liked was they’ll send you an invoice to your email and they gave me about a month to make the payment. A few days later went to that email clicked pay invoice Entered my debit card and that’s it receipt was sent. Without hesitation if anything breaks I’m gonna be calling them back! A+

    B&J is where it's at for any HVAC needs. Have used them several times over the past few years and they are always responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Troy was out at my residence today, on a HOT Saturday, addressing an emergency issue we had. He was phenomenal! I'd recommend B&J to anyone in need of any of the services they offer!

    This is a review of a two year old service. I had B&J out to replace my 2 units for 12,000. They did the work but the city inspector failed the job due to some cracked conduit and exposed wiring. I have communicated to Steven, the owner at B&J up to when the city called me several weeks ago to tell me they are not allowing any more permits at my house until these are taken care of. Steven has always been very responsive but still hasn't managed to take care of this. They took care of a couple of issues quickly with the systems. I can't recommend them, though, as I will now have to pay another company to come out and pay for new permits as they couldn't complete the job in two years. Please beware if you choose to use them.

    We had been using a different company for several years, but I called and left 2 voicemail messages over 3 days for them when our A/C went out last week. We never received any response. The owner left the business to his son I think. I guess the son doesn't have any concept of customer service or normal business practices. Done with them.
    I asked for recommendations and a person I used to work with recommended B & J. I called Monday and by Tuesday morning, they were here. Fixed it in under an hour. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He had some good advice for us that I'll follow and the bill was reasonable. I plan to use B & J for all my heating and cooling needs from now on.

    We recently had our HVAC replaced by B & J Heating and AC Services. The service that we received was fantastic. After calling more than 3 companies to get estimates, the owner (Ben), was the most responsive and reasonably priced. They arrived on time and the techs were very polite. I highly recommend Ben and his team!

    Steven has gone above and beyond to work with my schedule when our heat went out. He was extremely responsive, professional, and polite. Chris was our tech, who has come out multiple times due to different issues, and has always been outstanding! He is always timely, responsive by providing updates of arrival, courteous and professional, hard working, and honest and knowledgeable about the issues we have had. He found our problem in a timely manner and repaired it as needed. We will always use this company. Highly recommend. Thank yall!

    It's never a good time when there are HVAC problems as failures make themselves known when you need the system most. I've had two opportunities to use B&J and each time the service has been fantastic. The owner (Ben), is very responsive and the techs he sends out have always been polite and willing to explain what may have gone wrong and the options to consider. Ben and his team are simply honest and fair. Good Business, Good People.

    A year ago I would have given a five star. I thought Ben was great. I probably would have said I LOVE him ad his services. I just received a statement for 2 invoices from 2 years ago. Prior to getting a new unit from Ben costing 4000. He was coming out alot. I paid him every time. After he installed the new unit he came out 2 more times and said it was under warranty. TWO years later I get a bill for 4 hours labor at 90.00 an hour! I don't think this is right. The worst part is I trusted him completely and thought the world of him.

    My upstairs unit stopped cooling. After calling Ben at B&J, a technician was at our house the next day. He offered to come the same day but it was me who decided to wait. Technician was friendly, on time and had A/C fixed quickly. Repair cost was unbeatable.
