My experience with this company was great! Woody was patient , kind and super knowledgeable of the problems my unit was having. He could have recomended something that wouldve cost me a lot more money but instead he repaired it perfectly! He was very honest and I certainly did appreciate his honesty. I will tell everyone I come in contact with to give this company South Wake HVAC a call for their heating and cooling needs. Almost forgot, their prices were cheaper too!!!

Hired Woody to install downstairs unit. Then our upstairs unit quit . Asked him to then install upstairs unit. After repeated communications and him failing to ever show up, we had to hire someone else. His communication and overpromise and never showing up is why I would not recommend him to anyone. If he says he's going to be there, you probably shouldn't take off work because there's 90 percent chance he won't show.

I called South Wake HVAC and Woody showed up about 30 later and had it diagnosed and fixed very quickly. The cost was reasonable as well. I would recommend South Wake HVAC.

South Wake HVAC was awesome! My unit stopped working on Mother's Day, and I checked my Nextdoor app to find Woody highly recommended. I talked to an actual person on a Sunday! We scheduled the next day, and they took care of the problem promptly, effectively and at a fair rate. The technician even texted to check on how our unit was the next day. This was without a doubt the best HVAC experience we've ever had and the only one I'll call in the future. Even better, they are local!

Woody did an excellent job. He came to take a look at my grandmother's system when she had no heat. I truly appreciate how quickly he responded and kept me in the loop. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing professional hvac repair.
