Fast, friendly, and efficient! I called Woody late Friday afternoon because I discovered that my heat was not working. Temperature expected to be in mid-20s that night. He arrived within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem immediately. Woody made the repair quickly and in no time at all, the heat was working again. I highly recommend South Wake HVAC!!!

Woody came out to fix our heat pump that was not working correctly after a super high electric bill. He discovered our freon was completely out due to some leaks and also another part that was broken. He was very professional and explained what course of action will be taken. Since the part had to be ordered it was a few days in between his initial visit and repair day but he kept us in the loop of what's going on. Very satisfied with his service and will be recommending his company to others.

I called South Wake HVAC on an emergency basis and the response was promptly. Woody pinpointed the problem right away. I needed to wait a couple of days for the part to arrive but he returned and replaced it and the unit started running like new. Woody was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. South Wake HVAC installed a new system in my home and I could not be more satisfied! Woody and his team are wonderful to work with from start to finish. They replaced the outside unit, the air handler under the house and all the duct work, so it was a turnkey job. The quote was extremely competitive and came in exactly where I was quoted. we had a freak fire by our ac unit and were without ac for almost 2 weeks due to other issues. I reached out to Woody and he came right out to let us know what he would need to repair and came out the very next morning to reconnect and get our ac up and running. he was so nice, and responsive and upfront about the cost and any possibilities. we can't recommend him enough!
