Woody and his son came out and installed a new 14 SEER Trane heat pump in my upstairs. The air handler was in the attic through a tight scuttlehole. Many contractors would have not been happy about this configuration but Woody kept a positive attitude, disassembled the old unit to get out and the new unit to get in, and kept it rolling. They finished in one day and I am extremely happy with the pricing, service, installation experience and will definitely be calling SouthWake HVAC for any future HVAC needs.

Woody and South Wake HVAC were quick and professional when it came to installing a replacement evaporator coil for my A/C system. When all was said and done, everything looked exactly as they had found it, but now with cold air!

I had one of my two AC units lose cooling power over several days. I asked for quotes on recharging the R22 from several local companies -- South Wake was the first to respond and had better prices than the other guys. They were able to meet me after my working hours (5:30p) and arrived right on time. Very friendly and professional. They didn't try to oversell anything and even gave me a price break on refrigerant, and my AC is back to working. Would definitely recommend!

11/10/16 Had to call Woody again because my heat was out. He was able to come after work and fixed a shorted wire to restore our heat in 30 minutes.

I had problems with our heating system and was referred to South Wake HVAC from one of our neighbors and was very pleased with the outcome. Woody came out right on time and was able to repair my 15 year old system. When it needs to be repaired or replaced l will call him back without any hesitation.

I was lucky. My ac went out on a Saturday, and Woody, the owner, had a cancelation. He came out and fixed the outside unit within a couple of hours of my call. The charge was 2/3rds the cost of a similar repair done last year by one of the bigger companies in the area. I will use their services again.

Our AC went out the evening we moved into our first home. Called South Wake along with two other local companies the next morning desperate to get it up and running on what was going to be a hot and humid day. South Wake was not only the first to call me back but was able to come out within an hour. Super knowledgeable and we appreciated not being given a sales pitch for a new system right off the bat. We were back up and running in 30 mins! We know we will need to replace our system soon and will definitely be calling South Wake when that happens.

I had a new Trane XR14 unit installed by South Wake HVAC a few weeks ago as a result of the failure of my previous unit. Woody arrived on time and had the unit installed in about 4 hours. I am very pleased with the work and with the way I was treated throughout the process.

Woody did a great job for a great price. Will beat most if not all competitors prices. Takes a personnel approach to get the work done right the first time. Completely satisfied with the job he and his son did installing my new Trane split unit.

Woody responded extremely quick to my initial request to service my mother's A/C in Angier. He is extremely prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Outstanding customer support and it's nice knowing there are honest, hardworking individuals like Woody out there!
