If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was a perfect experience and we are beyond happy with this team. Joe, Cody and Elija were so professional, on time, knowlegable, and mindful of being extremely neat. The install was so smooth and the team was just so great. I highly highly recommend Swaim and a huge thank you to Joe, Cody and Elija!

I am so happy with this company and their service!!! Paul, who came earlier than expected, which was a good thing, was such a delight!!! He was so good at explaining everything to me and he actually gave me options before he told me what he would highly recommend we do with our old system, which was to replace it. I had to review him, because he actually talked to me. I had two other companies come and look at my system and not bother explaining, they just told me they would send me a quote for a replacement system. I don’t know if it was bc I am female, but they did not take the time to go over everything with me about what was not working and why it was important that it did, while Paul did! I cannot thank Paul enough for his knowledge, honesty and kindness. What a gentleman! I also would like to mention Tammy, who took my frustrated call, and calmed me down about my heat not working. I was in full panic mode. And she was so reassuring. And Heather is amazing as well! She is very responsive, kind, patient, understanding, and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you all for giving me such a positive experience!!!!

Swaim Electric came very highly recommended to me at the time I had a problem with my Heat Pump/AC unit. Their first (and extremely fair) attempt was to see if my ( over 30 year old) present unit could be repaired at all and I sincerely commend them for that. But sadly it was too far gone for repair. They presented me with a professional estimate with my choices for replacement and explanations for each unit available for my home. After arriving at our decision the installation was AWESOME!!! A GREAT crew, and a GREAT TRANE unit now keeps us comfortable year round and we're saving money on electricity with the increased efficiency!! If you see the 5th star bulging, its because I tried to give them 6 stars!! They truly deserve it!! Now I highly recommend Swaim Electric as well!! Thanks to all of you both in the office and on the jobsites!! Well done!!!

My Mom and Dad just had a Generac generator installed. It was installed with the most professional care and attention to detail. Paul Saliga was very kind and very helpful as he connected the gas and electric connections to the system and gave us basic as well as detailed instructions on use and care of the unit. Paul also reminded them of the importance of a service contract and offered to assist them with getting it set up with the office. Mom and Dad are very pleased with the service they recieved from Swaim Electric. Thank you very much.

(1) Eddie and Dustin were great - worked tirelessly (and carefully) the whole day. Eddie took the time to keep me updated with our project and left a huge work area spotless ( literally cleaner than when he began ). Truly first class service. Teddy, Greensboro (Friendly Acres) .... The installation of the generator and transfer switch by Skyler and Nick was exceptional. Jacob also was exceptional in getting the generator ready to run. He was also very good at explaining how the generator is supposed to work.

I purchased a 22,000 KW Generac generator from Swaim Electric HVAC. the young men that installed the generator was most professional and finished the installation in a timely manner. I was most impressed by the overall professionalism, not only the installers, but the office personnel as well. I would recommend Swaim to everyone that is in the market for a generator or HVAC systems.

Swaim has come to our rescue more than once and has always done a fantastic job. They have come out in droves and pulled strings to restore power to my house when a tree fell on the lines after hours. They have worked with us when lightening struck our unit and we had to get a new one. Most recently, one of their guys, Mike, was given the uncomfortable task of belly crawling way under our 101 year old house to run a line while Ian gave us new outlets, and he did so with zero complaints. There was a minor issue with a switch that same day and Ian came right back out to make sure it was fixed before he went home. Swaim is our go to for heating and air and electrical. Good people who do good work. Highly recommended!
