Ian, Eddie, Jacob and Elijah installed our generator and we are so appreciative of them. They were efficient and so nice! They did a great job and now we’re covered if the power goes out! Their prices can’t be beat and their services are excellent. I highly recommend them!

Swaim Electric installed a Generac generator for me, and they were nothing short of amazing! The ladies in the office, in particular Tammy, were very pleasant and thoroughly explained the process. My 1st installer, Eddie Hill, was prompt, courteous, and very professional. After spending pretty much the entire day and evening on installation, he left only to have to return due to an unexpected electrical problem. I’m sure he was very tired and had missed dinner but he never showed it. He was very diligent in finding and resolving the problem, all while smiling and maintaining a bright attitude. I made him a nice to go dinner to enjoy when he got home. My startup installer, Jacob, was another great example of exemplary customer service. He was also prompt and very pleasant. He was respectful and explained instructions thoroughly. I am very happy with the service I have received thus far and would recommend Swaim and these two gentleman mentioned. Thank you so much!

Joe and Nick were an awesome crew and worked extremely well and efficiently together. Very neat job on installing my new whole home generator and made sure the placement of everything (within code) was to my satisfaction before installing. They were both very courteous!! I would highly recommend!!

Eddie and Jacob installed a whole house generator for us today (11-8-2019). They were very cordial, professional and did a great job. The installation was very neat and they removed all packaging and waste materials. These gentleman confirmed my decision that purchasing our generator from Swain was the right one. We have had a great experience with Swaim from start to finish. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and prompt in every way. On top of that each person we interacted with was genuinely a pleasure to work with. A big thank you to Alexis and Tammy in the office, Ian, Darren, and Joey for install, and Craig for start-up. If you are looking to have a generator installed or electrical work completed, look no further.

The ONLY thing that would've improved our experience would be some better communication from the office team, we set an appointment for a month out for an HVAC install and never heard anything back, I kind of expected a call a week or a few days prior just to confirm everything was good to go but I wound up calling them, not a big deal just me being picky, LOL.

As for price and service they are 10/10 best around no doubt! I got quotes from 7 companies to replace our 16 year old Trane and Swaim was by far the lowest priced, over $4000 cheaper then another Trane installer located in Asheboro for the EXACT SAME EQUIPMENT. If Swaim can do it for $4000 cheaper and still make money that begs to question how much is the competitor making.

Price was great, service great, product great, communication could use a touch of improvement. Call Swaim for your HVAC needs! I know we will for anything in the future and we'll definitely tell our friends that ask!

Swaim Electric is top notch...the technicians that serviced my installation of home generator are Skyler, Nick, Craig and Mark...their concern for details and listening to me were fantastic...their workmanship was only exceeded by their professionalism and courteous behavior towards me... Both Eddie and Jacob are very easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make the generator installation process as quick and professional as possible. Both are very knowledgeable and give the impression that they really like their jobs. Besides knowing the mechanical side they are very good people people. Truthfully Eddie sold us on this purchase. We were flipflopping on making this investment and we met him while they were installing our neighbor’s generator. His knowledge clinched the deal.
