Excellent and very professional! They installed HVAC ran duct work and they were respectful of us and our home, taking there shoes off, etc. They cleaned up after themselves. I have been using Swaim Electric for the past couple years to regularly service my HVAC system and generator. Due to age, the HVAC system was dying a slow death, so I ask for a quote to replace the entire system. The quote was fair and the work was scheduled.
On the day of installation, Bradley arrived with his assistant. The two of them proceeded with very efficient and orderly efforts. Later, Scott arrived to assist. Even though it was Friday and the work ran a bit late, they all continued in a very professional and conscientious manner to make sure that everything was correct and in proper working order. They represented their company well and I could only recommend Swaim Electric to the highest degree.

We bought a Generac Generator and a Trane Air Conditioner unit from Swaim.

We were very pleased with the installation of the generator by Eddie Hill and Dustin McFarland...very professional and they cleaned up the area when they were finished.

We were also pleased with the installation of the air conditioner which was done very professionally.

Our first experience with Swaim was in purchasing the generator from Scott Broyles who was very professional and did not pressure us in buying it.

We had a mini-split unit installed in our bonus room. Ian, Elam, Derrin and Mike J were great. They were all professional, fun, informative and efficient. We love the unit so far. It seems to be just what the room needed- not too much, or too little. Ian was informative with showing us how to use the remote to control the operations of the system. They did a good job cleaning up any mess that was made before they completed the job. We will not hesitate to use Swaim Electric in the future.

Mr. Stalker was prompt courteous answered all my questions explained what he would be doing in what order and the timelines.
