Swaim Electric Heat & Air Conditioning

Jacob, Danny, Eddie, and Malik of Swaim Electric were all on site during the installation of our Generac 22kW generator. This was done professionally, carefully, and quickly. Before leaving, the technicians instructed us on the complete operation and maintenance of the unit. All of our questions were answered completely. The generator is fully operational. We can now stop worrying about the inconvenience of power outages. 🙂

Eddie and Dustin did an outstanding job. They were professional and personable. Eddie took time to explain details of the generator, even though others were expected to do so during hook up.

Craig and Skyler installed a new Trane unit as well as all new ductwork and return. Not an easy job in some tight spaces. The job was priced fairly and they did a great job. Kept a very clean and safe work site, as well as keeping me informed of arrival and job progress. Great job and thanks guys!

Three weeks ago I contacted Swaim for an estimate on replacing two HVAC units. Very professional service tech came out and told us he would be getting us a quote. I called three different times to complain that I had not received a quote from them and each time they told me they would inform the technician. You would think calling multiple times would work but it didn't. It has now been three weeks and I never received a quote from this company. I'm not sure what type of company they would have been but I am definitely not interested in using a company that won't isn't more professional than this.

My elderly parents bought a $8,000 hvac system from them 2 years ago, with high expectations since that their expertise. Notice on tues of 7/21/2020 that the thermostat was set to 75 and the house tempature was 86. Called the service number on the following day. The company had a guy named Sam in the area who had a cancelled appointment who came by. Said the refrigerant was low. Went under the house and couldn't find a leak. He put 2 pounds of refrigerant in. Charged $240 including $75 how service call. He didnt have the equipment on him to do a leak test. Said it would be another $75 service call to come back out and perform a leak test. Being they installed it 2 years ago, no reason it should be empty now. I feel my parents was taking advantage of. Beware. $240 is alot on fixed income. I hope they will make this right. Ill keep you posted...update....7/23/2020. Spoke to Heather. Expressed my parents feelings. They will be coming out to see if they can identify the leak in the 2nd week of August. I appreciate the owner for helping in this issue.

We had our A/C unit go out and swaim electric and heating came out. They had to replace the inside unit and outside unit. They sent out 2 guys Craig Brady and Micheal Smith. I have had units put in before but this time was different. I was informed on everything being done and if I had questions these guys answered them all with out getting frustrated by all the questions. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and air and electrical work. Our home is a happy home again thanks to Swaim heating and electric.
